This year s NW Bankruptcy Institute highlights the return of two favorite presenters. The Honorable Keith Lundin and Hank Hildebrand, Chapter 13 Trustee for the Middle District of Tennessee, bring their southern style of CLE back to the Pacific Northwest with their Chapter 13 update. The learning experience continues with a live demonstration of how to use an expert witness in bankruptcy court.
