Participant testimonials of previous Forum editions Adaptive Manufacturing in the FMCG sector provided excellent solutions for managers of manufacturing processes as regards meeting current market demands and increasing customer expectations in terms of success in achieving both stable and high quality at the lowest price of the product possible. It showed practical options to optimize costs in managing the production process using modern production methods [...]The course of the meeting was perfectly planned apart from theoretical lectures which provided the basis for subsequent interactive work in groups, there was also plenty of room for the exchange of experiences and the presentation of achievements by Lean Manufacturing implementation leaders. Jacek Hyla - Board Member for Production, GRANA Participation in the conference is an opportunity for everyone to meet the real Lean Manufacturing enthusiasts. It is a rare occasion to meet a lot of people in one place who are committed and passionate to openly and honestly share their experiences, which enables us to learn from the mistakes of others rather than our own. We return from such a meeting to our surroundings with many ideas and ready-made solutions, although its greatest value is an opportunity to deepen ones understanding of what Lean Manufacturing is the road leading to success of an organization. Sławomir Kluszczyński - Plant Director, LOTTE WEDEL Adaptive Manufacturing Forum is an opportunity for me to gain inspiration and ideas, establish new interesting and hopefully nurturing business relationships.
