Christopher M. Daniels Member Mr. Daniels is a founding member of the firm of D&W. Mr. Daniels has many years of experience as a business owner and a business litigator in Minnesota. Prior to coming to Minnesota, Mr. Daniels was an associate attorney at a large national firm, Katten, Muchin & Zavis, in its Chicago and Los Angeles offices, and at two boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles, Leopold Petrich & Smith and Ginsburg, Stephan, Oringher & Richman. Mr. Daniels began his professional career as an accountant at Arthur Andersen & Co. in Houston, TX, where he was a CPA. Mr. Daniels focuses his practice on the expedient and efficient resolution of complex commercial and business disputes, including the resolution of disputes in the banking, real estate and construction industries, disputes amongst the ownership of closely-held companies, employment disputes, and disputes in estates and probate, including will and trust contests, among many other areas of dispute resolution. During his 19 years of practice he has successfully handled thousands of contested matters, tried numerous cases to verdict and resolved hundreds of cases through successful motion practice and negotiated settlements. As a business owner himself, Mr. Daniels understands his business-owner clients needs and concerns and works hand-in-hand with them to get them back to their business, and out of their dispute, as quickly, efficiently and successfully as possible. David. J. Wymore Member Mr. Wymore is a founding member of the firm of D&W. Prior to owning his own business with Christopher Daniels, Mr. Wymore was an associate at Koepke & Daniels, P.A. and McGrann Shea Anderson Carnival Straughn & Lamb. He also served as a law clerk to the Honorable John A. Chesterman at the Freeborn County District Court, Albert Lea, Minnesota. Mr. Wymore focuses on complex commercial litigation, collections, construction, and real estate issues. Through his practice he has tried to verdict multiple bench and jury trials and participated in numerous depositions and hearings. He enjoys meeting clients with legal concerns, setting game plans to alleviate those concerns, and then implementing those plans and achieving the results the clients need and expect in a timely and cost-effective manner. Born in Santa Barbara, California in 1976, Mr. Wymore s family moved to Israel in 1977 where he spent the next four years before returning to California for a year. Mr. Wymore spent the rest of his childhood in Oregon before attending Connecticut College. Since law school at the University of Minnesota, Mr. Wymore has made his home in Plymouth, Minnesota, and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, competing in triathlons, and reading.
