PROFILE ON PESENTERS DAVID C. WALLER, ACILA, ACII, ACIA, FUEDI International Loss Adjuster Mr. David Waller, has twenty years industrial and commercial loss adjusting in England and continental Europe, followed by a further twenty-two years of experience in handling national and multi-national accounts in the Latin American and Caribbean region, including management of several catastrophe operations arising from earthquakes, hurricanes and floods. Control and adjustment of multi-million dollar material damage and business interruption claims for public utilities and major industrial businesses throughout the region. He has a broad background and knowledge with specialties in Business Interruption, Public Utilities, Major industrial/commercial risks, Agriculture and Catastrophe Management. Mr. Waller holds the following qualifications: Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (Associateship 1968, Fellowship 1973) Chartered Insurance Institute (Associateship 1966) Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (Associateship 1992) European Federation of Loss Adjusting Experts FUEDI (elected ELAE 1998) Mr. Waller is a Director of Axis International Group, is fluent in English and Spanish and knows a little French and German. WAYNE A. WRAY: B.A.; MBA Mr. Wray is the President of First Global Bank Limited, a commercial bank, wholly-owned by Grace, Kennedy & Company Limited. Prior to assuming the presidency, he was the managing director of George & Branday Limited, and the executive director of First Global Stockbrokers Limited and Grace, Kennedy Capital Services Limited in Cayman. He holds a BA in Economics and a MBA in International Business from George Washington University. Mr. Wray, a career investment banker, has held senior management positions in commercial and merchant banks over the last 15 years in marketing, corporate finance, treasury and investments. He serves as a director of Allied Insurance Brokers, First Global Leasing Limited, GK Funds Management Limited in Cayman (formerly Grace, Kennedy Capital Services Limited) and Signia Financial Group Inc., a finance company and merchant bank in Barbados. He is the Treasurer of the Jamaica Bankers Association and currently serves as a Chairman of the Jamaica Institute of Bankers. He presently serves as an executive member of the Caribbean Association of Indigenous Banks. The president of the Rotary Club of St. Andrew North, Mr. Wray is a Paul Harris Fellow and is a past District Chairman of Interact Rotary District 7020. He also serves on the board of governors of the United Way of Jamaica. Mr. Wray is married to Christine and is the father of two (2) sons.

PETER JOHN THWAITES Peter John Thwaites has been in the insurance industry for over forty years but has also devoted much time to other private sector and community interests. He was International Business Development Executive, during 1998 to 2000, for the Insurance Company of the West Indies. He also served as CEO during 1960 to 1997 for Dyoll Limited/Dyoll Group. He was the Deputy Chairman of the Jamaica Association of General Insurance Companies (JAGIC) now Insurance Association of Jamaica (IAJ). He has the distinction of being a past Chairman of JAGIC as well as past President of the Insurance Association of the Caribbean. Mr. Thwaites has been a member of the Boards of Seprod and Guardsman Limited and a past President of the Private Sector Organisation of Jamaica. His interest in youth, compelled him to become involved in their development and, as a result, he became intimately associated with the scout movement and eventually became Chairman of the Scout Association of Jamaica. He joined the Jamaica Defence Force as a recruit in 1963 and resigned, in 1977, with the rank of Major. Peter John is married to Mary Fraser Plant and has two children. He is an Anglican. His hobbies are squash, sailing and bird shooting,
