Groups Create Group Option 1: From Welcome Screen Select Create Group Enter Group Details: - Group Picture (Optional) - Name - Group PIN - Set your Permissions o Allow members to leave the Group o Allow members to edit group information and add/remove members o Inform Group Admin of low battery (<15%) Select Create Group

Invite Members: - Enter members email address - Enter message (Optional) Select Send Invite Invites have been sent. Select OK! Option 2: From Groups Page Select the + icon (top right)

Invite via Email: - Enter members email address - Enter message (Optional) Select Send Invite If the user is not an existing Group Connect member an invite email will be automatically sent to his / her email address. Android - Select the edit button (top right) - Swipe the member you wish to delete - Select the red bin icon - Confirm your deletion iphone - Select the edit button (top right) - Select Delete Member button - Select the red delete icon net to the member - Select the red Delete button - Confirm your deletion

How to Block a user Press and hold the user you wish to block - Select View Member Scroll down to bottom of the user s page. - Select Block Member

Meeting Points How to set a Meeting Point From the groups screen Select Meeting Points Select Set Meeting Point

Select your Meeting Point location by selecting on of the following options. - A. Search for an address - B. Around me - C. Places - D. Drop Pin A. Search for an address Type in address in search bar - Select address

B. Around me Select an address based on the places around your location. C. Places Select an address based on the places around your location. - Select a category Select an address based on the places around your location.

D. Drop Pin Select a location on the map by dropping a pin (tap and hold). - Select Next Set Meeting Point date and time. Enter Meeting Details: - Enter Date - Enter Time - Enter Reminder Select Next

Invite members to your Meeting Point Select group members you wish to invite to your meeting. - Select grey tick Select Next

Enter Meeting Point Message / Description Enter Meeting Point Message - Set your Meeting point Permissions: Allow members to invite others to this meeting Select Set Meeting Point Meeting Point has been set. - Select: Set another meeting Point OR - Ok

Meeting Point Notifications Current or upcoming Meeting Point can be viewed in the Meeting Point Notifications screen. User can select: - Show on Map - Directions - Reminder - Message Show on Map Tap and hold a Meeting Point icon to view details - User can select view details to see the meeting details OR - User can select Direct Me to be directed to the Meeting location.

Directions (Direct Me) Directions will show you were the Meeting Point is relative to where you are. The address and approximate distance will be displayed. - Selecting the address will open your phones Maps for navigation to the Meeting Point address. Message Selecting message will enable you to message only throughs group members who have accepted the meeting request. Reminder Selecting Reminder will allow to you to set additional reminders for that particular meeting.

Delete a Meeting Point From the Meeting Points screen Select the meeting you wish to delete. Then select Cancel Meeting Point at the bottom of the meeting point screen. Select edit top right. Select cancel Meeting Point. Confirm your cancelation / deletion.

Warning Points How to set a Warning Point From the groups screen Select Warning Points

Select Set Warning Points Select your Warning Point location by selecting on of the following options. - A. Search for an address - B. Around me - C. Places - D. Drop Pin A. Search for an address

Type in address in search bar - Select address B. Around me Select an address based on the places around your location. C. Places Select an address based on the places around your location. - Select a category

D. Drop Pin Select a location on the map by dropping a pin (tap and hold). - Select Next Assign group members to your Warning Point Select group members you wish to add to your warning point. - Select grey tick Select Next Enter Warning Point Details Enter Warning Point details: - Picture (optional) - Name - Notes - Date Select Set Warning Point

Warning Point has been set Meeting Point has been set. - Select: Set another Warning Point OR - Ok Show on Map Warning Points will be displayed on assigned group member s private, interactive map. Tap and hold a Warning Point icon to view details - User can select view details to see the meeting details OR - User can select Direct Me to be directed to the warning point location.

View Warning Point Details Selecting view details will display the Warning point s details. Delete a Warning Point From the warning point screen.

Select edit top right. Select Delete Warning Point at the bottom of the screen. Confirm you deletion.

Perimeters How to set a Perimeter From the groups screen Select Perimeter Select Set Perimeter You currently have no Perimeters set up

Select your Perimeter location by selecting on of the following options. - A. Search for an address - B. Around me - C. Places - D. Drop Pin A. Search for an address Type in address in search bar - Select address B. Around me Select an address based on the places around your location.

C. Places Select an address based on the places around your location. - Select a category D. Drop Pin Select a location on the map by dropping a pin (tap and hold). - Select Next

Set your perimeter distance Using the slide rule set your Perimeter distance Select Done Assign members to your Perimeter Select group members you wish to add to your Perimeter - Select grey tick Select Next Enter Perimeter message Enter Perimeter message Select Set Perimeter

Perimeter has been set Perimeter has been set. - Select: Set another Perimeter OR - Ok Show Perimeter on a Map Perimeter will be displayed on assigned group member s private, interactive map. Tap and hold a Perimeter icon to view details - User can select view details to see the perimeter details View perimeter details Selecting view details will display the Warning point s details.

Delete a Perimeter From the perimeter screen Select the perimeter you wish to delete Select edit icon at the top right. Select Delete at the bottom of the screen. Confirm your deletion.

SOS How to activate your SOS From your map / home screen To activate your SOS, swipe the SOS icon at the bottom of the screen from right to left. Once the SOS icon has been swiped a counter will count down 3, 2, 1. - A user can cancel the SOS at this stage by selecting cancel SOS.

SOS has been sent to all group members. User will be directed back to the Map / home screen. - SOS can be deactivated at any stage by swiping the SOS icon right to left. (See how to deactivate an SOS for more information). How to deactivate an SOS To deactivate an SOS swipe the SOS icon from right to left.

Enter Profile PIN to deactivate SOS - Select OK SOS has been deactivate - Select OK How to cancel an SOS before it is activated? Once the SOS icon has been swiped a counter will count down 3, 2, 1. - A user can cancel the SOS at this stage by selecting cancel SOS. - Enter Profile PIN & SOS will be cancelled.

What will my group members received when I activate my SOS? Once your SOS has been activate all your group members will receive the following: - Name - Location - Distance - Battery status - Date & Time How to respond to a SOS Once your SOS has been activate group members will receive the following: - Name - Location - Distance - Battery status - Date & Time User can select: - Respond Now Or - Message

Respond Now One or more users can respond to the distress call. The distressed user will be shown on a map. Direction and approximate distance will be displayed. - The distressed user will be notified when a group member chooses to respond. Message - Group members can message the distressed user directly.

Messaging How to message a group member Option 1: From group screen Select Message Select + New Message

Add recipients, Select + icon Select your group Select your group members you wish to message - Select Done

Enter Message and then select send icon bottom right. Message has been sent. - You can view the message thread here. Option 2 From the home screen. Group members will be displayed on your private, interactive map. Tap and hold a group member icon to view details - select view details to see the meeting details

From the group member profile page select Message to directly message that member.

Location Sharing How to find a group member From Map / Home screen Group members will be displayed on your private, interactive map. Tap and hold a group member icon to view details - Select view details to see the group member s profile details. - Select Direct Me Direct Me The selected user will be shown on a map. Direction and approximate distance will be displayed.

Quick selection menu From the home / maps screen Double tap group member icon to view quick selection menu. - Select message icon to message that group member directly. - Select Perimeter icon to set up a perimeter with that group member. - Select Meeting icon to set up a meeting with that group member. Double tap anywhere on the map to view quick selection menu. - Select Warning Point icon to drop a warning point using that location. - Select Perimeter icon to set up a perimeter using that location. - Select Meeting icon to set up a meeting using that location.
