First of all a tentative conclusion is drawn that conjunctions have indirect influence on the quality of English composition via their effect on the cohesion in texts. Then one can deepen his /her understanding about it namely that it is too complicated a relationship and at least too difficult to achieve the cognitive gestalt effect of a text simply by depending on the autonomous slotting completely or partially in form just as Halliday and Hasan once said. Following from here the author gives an explanation from the cognitive perspective and indicates that coherence is the chief principle for generating or decoding any text or universe of discourse. Containing various parameters characteristic of scalar features conjunctions serve to function as a road sign for reinforcing the train of thoughts involving lining. In other words the explicit linking behavior can be justified only under the principle of unity or of the appropriateness in employment. Meanwhile the on-line collocations of principle and parameters are subject to the a- greement in register and the multiple variables can be inserted and entrenched in the use-based cognitive activities adaptable to specific registers. The cognitive schemes constituted respectively behind both languages can thus be linked and compared by fair means or foul to finally attain the inter-dynamic relocation of parataxis and hypotaxis as one is weaving them in texts.
