Add the optional 16 MB memory or Hard Disk Drive Kit, and you can increase storage capacity to 500 pages.* *with the HDD Kit (400 sheets with 16 MB memory) Digital High Performance Copying 90 Image Rotation The image is rotated 90 and the paper is sent through the copier in a crosswise direction. For example, if you accidentally set a letter original lengthwise, or need to reduce a ledger original to letter size, the FP-D620 copies onto letter sheets crosswise, saving time and increasing productivity. 90 Image Rotation Scan Once/Print Many FA-A620 Electronic Document Handler A high-speed electronic document handler is provided, so one scan can produce many copies, therefore reducing wear and tear on the machine. Non-Stack, Automatic Duplex Copying Memory usage is optimized to allow non-stack duplex copying, increasing efficiency especially when large numbers of duplex copies are required. Multi-Tasking Job Function (optional) The optional Hard Disk Drive Kit lets the FP-D620 handle five tasks at a time, allowing you to scan one document while another is being printed. 7,250 Sheet Paper Capacity The FP-D620 s standard paper capacity is 3,850 sheets, using the two 550-sheet cassettes, one 2,700-sheet cassette, and the 50- sheet Multiple Sheet Bypass. Total capacity can be increased to 7,250 sheets by adding the optional FA-L3020 or FA-L3010 Large Capacity Cassettes. X/Y Zoom The magnification can be independently set vertically or horizontally. Job Memory Up to 10 combinations of copy modes can be registered. Mailbin Finisher FA-F630 Stapling, hole punching, and can select output bins when printing. Advanced Finisher FA-F640 Stapling and hole punching, plus 3 kinds of folding functions. Digitally Advanced Booklet Making The FP-D620 combined with the Advanced Finisher FA-F640 offer Sorting, Multi-Stapling, Grouping and Hole-Punching functions, plus three different kinds of folding functions (Z-Fold, Half-Fold and Crease). Improving on User-Friendly Features Creating Technology for High-Quality Demands Photo Mode In addition to the Standard Mode for detailed sharper text, a Photo Mode is also available. Our exclusive technology precisely controls 256 gradations per dot with 400 dpi image processing while the 6-micron superfine toner results in beautifully reproduced half-tones. Simple Touch Panel Message Display The FP-D620 features a user-friendly, interactive touch panel message display. Memory Recall Function After making a copy, the data of the original is stored until the next document is scanned. If you need to copy the original after it has been removed, simply select Memory Recall and press Start. You can even change the number of copies, the size and the bookbinding style. Low Noise Output/Low Energy Input Because each document is scanned once regardless of the number of copies, both noise and energy use are reduced. For even greater energy savings, automatic pre-heat can be set from 1 to 240 minutes and automatic shut off can be set from 15 to 240 minutes. Both can be adjusted in one-minute increments.
