Hydrostatic Sensor Paver Finishers For Asphalt and Wet Mix Paving Ammann Apollo offers 3 models of Hydrostatic Sensor Pavers for paving widths ranging from 5,5 m to 9 m. The pavers are manufactured in modern manufacturing facilities located in Khatrej near Ahmedabad and Ditasan near Mehsana in the state of Gujarat, India. Proven Technology Over 1600 machines are in operation in India and abroad and 12 15 units are delivered each month. Curb Paver Curb Paver Model KP 40 KP 40 is a compact machine for laying concrete curb of different dimensions, through extrusion process. An automatic Sensor device provides steering and height control. The use of a zero slump concrete ensures shape true to the mould design. The concrete can be fed into the machine from a Concrete Transit Mixer or a flat bed truck (Tractor trolley) by shoveling process. And a fully electronic line, grade & level sensor controls and a choice of mould designs to suit the customers curb laying applications. KP 1200 SF is integrated with a host of features for enhanced productivity and wide range of applications. The machine is with a heavy duty field proven engine, world class hydraulics and control system. Over 150 units are in operation in India and abroad. Quick change mould design The KP 1200 SF is supplied with a Quick change mould design that helps the user to change the moulds within 30 minutes. Hydrostatic Drive KP 1200 SF is mounted on steel tracks to ensure maximum stability and gradability. A completely dedicated drive pump with a world class torque hub, heat treated sprockets and an easy track adjuster ensure minimal downtime. A technically advanced hydrostatic direct traction drive eliminates a large number of mechanical drive components, resulting in lower maintenance costs and smoother operations. Engine 27 KW (36 HP) Yanmar water cooled diesel engine, ideal for this application. Vibrators The industry standard fully variable vibrators enhance the machine s capability to adopt to different slump levels in the concrete mix. Automatic electronic controls KP 1200 SF is equipped with easy to operate fully proportional electronic controls (with manual override) Auto steering controls to guide the machine for precise alignment. Grade controller to position the lift cylinders for precise grade. Slope controller to position the lift cylinder (rear) for precise slope.
