If any additional switching by CRL is required an Intra Terminal switch charge of $100 per car will be billed to the customer and applied to each car which is received by CRL in interchange from a connecting rail carrier which is not delivered to or received from customer in a single block of cars, at one time, one day, in the same number of cars as was received by CRL from a connecting rail carrier. For Example, if CRL receives one (1), inbound, loaded, coma grain unit train (with all cars loaded up to 263,000 GVWR) of 110 cars from a connecting rail carrier which are destined to the customer's facility and customer accepts such train for unloading in two (2) blocks, one (1) 90 car block and one (1) 20 car block, with no additional switching by CRL, CRL shall charge the customer for each car in the 20 car block at the rate of $100 per car, as an Intra Terminal Switch, in addition to the per car rate specified above.
