Invoice delivery can be specified according to customer preference (printed or sent via email, fax, or e-invoicing), and functionality includes automatic payment chasing with escalation procedures. Finally, invoices, PODs and associated documents are stored for instant retrieval to answer payment queries and speed cash flow.

Accounts Receivable Fast, efficient, straight through processing Capturing the complete document set Any AR related document can be captured and archived with Documation s Accounts Receivable solution, including customer orders, order confirmation, pick lists, proofs of delivery, sales invoices, credit notes, statements, contracts, and correspondence. Documents can be captured regardless of original format direct from your finance system output, scanned from paper, or imported from fax, email or any other electronic source. Instant document retrieval Documents are instantly retrievable from either the desktop environment or remotely via a web browser. The Accounts Receivable solution can also be integrated with a customer s financial system, with documents accessible from within that system. Rapid response to customer queries With access to all related documents and details instantly to hand, the AR team can respond immediately to customer queries, eliminating the need to search through physical files and return customer calls. A copy of any stored document can be faxed of emailed, aiding quick resolution to invoice dispute and helping to promote prompt payment practice. Customer portal and eforms Giving customers access to their own documents via a web browser interface, the portal removes the need for customers to contact the AR team with queries. eforms are a simple, cost-effective way to capture data, as one-dimensional or complex as the information required, with validated data instantly available to kick-start processing.
