R A logo is a graphic mark or emblem commonly used by commercial enterprises, organizations and even individuals to aid and promote instant public recognition. Like a national flag, our logo represents our Brand Identity and our image on the markets. We use our logo in many different communication materials: catalogues, websites, business cards, envelopes, trade shows, events and more. R RuB logo is regulated by various rules and protected by international laws of copyright for registred trademarks. In this document we want to illustrate the rules and guidelines for use of our logo in order to promote our brand around the world. ALTERNATIVES: PAG. 2

RUB WORD MARK Our word mark is the company name. The word mark is composed by two colours red and black (see colours page) and the capital letter R and BONOMI are 22% bigger that the rest. The R, U and BONOMI are red. LOGOBOOK Font: Arial, Bold and Italic Short Form: RUB or RUB PAG. 5
RUB MOTTO Our motto sommerizes our philosophy. The main focus of RUB is customers satisfaction in terms of quality, performance and price. The motto is all red (see colours page) and the capital letter M, S and S are 22% bigger that the rest. Font: Arial, Bold and Italic PAG. 6

RUB COMPLETE TRADEMARK This is our complete trademark. The Word mark and the motto are aligned to the bases of triangles, the texts are vertically centered. PAG. 8

RUB FOOTER Our footer is composed by two colours: red and gray (see colours page). Usually we use it on our promotional materials in two version: OR PAG. 10
RUB TRIANGLES Our triangles are the symbol that distinguishes our products in the market. The use is allowed only on products and is stricly prohibited on all different type of promotional materials. The colour is all black. These two triangles are also an RUB registered trademark LOGOBOOK PAG. 11

RUB IMAGES BACKGROUND RULES The use of our Logo is allowed on image backgrounds provided it remains clear and unmistakably recognizable. PAG. 16
RUB LOGO PROPORTIONS Our logo has a width/height ratio equal to 1.66. It is available for download from our website www.rubvalves.com in the most common graphic formats. RUB DISCLAIMER L uso del marchio e del logo completo RUB da parte di terzi è autorizzato solo allo scopo di promuovere e commercializzare i prodotti RUB, seguendo le linee guida che ne regolamentano l utilizzo visionabili sul sito internet aziendale. L uso del marchio due triangoli senza le lettere RUB in mezzo è severamente vietato per qualunque forma pubblicitaria e attività di marketing. Nessuno, senza previa autorizzazione scritta di RUB può registrare o far registrare marchi, nomi commerciali o loghi di RUB. Nessuno può altresì registrare marchi, nomi commerciali o loghi che possano essere confusi con quelli di RUB. LOGOBOOK Use of RUB trademark and RUB complete logo (two triangles with RUB letters in between) is esclusively authorized for the purpose of promoting and marketing RUB products and shall strictly follow the LogoBook rules published in RUB website. Use of RUB two triangles logo is strictly prohibited for any promotion or advertisement or any other form of marketing activity. No one is authorized to register or to have registered trademarks, trade names or logos belonging to RUB. No one may register any trademark, trade name or logo which may be confused with those of RUB. Der Händler ist berechtigt, die RUB-Marken und sämtliche RUB-Logos nur zur Werbung und Vermarktung der produkte im Gebiet gemäß den Vorschriften -die auf der Website der Firma RUB zu entnehmen sind- zu verwenden. Der Händler verpflichtet sich, keine RUB-Marken, Handelsnamen oder RUB-Logos in dem Gebiet oder anderswo zu registrieren bzw. registrieren zu lassen. Weiterhin verpflichtet er sich, keine Marken, Handelsnamen oder Logos, die mit der von Fa. RUB verwechselt werden könnten, zu registrieren. Jede Genehmigung bzgl. der Nutzung von RUB-Marken und Logos entfällt nach Beendigung oder Ablauf dieser Vereinbarung oder Falls eine unkorrekte Verwendung der RUB-Marke/Logo festgestellt wird. Le Distributeur est autorisé à utiliser les marques et le logo RUB exclusivement dans le but de promouvoir et commercialiser les produits dans le Territoire, se conformant aux lignes guides qui en règlent l utilisation et qui peuvent être visionnées sur la page web de la Société. Le Distributeur s engage à ne pas enregistrer ou faire enregistrer de marques, noms commerciaux ou logo de RUB dans le Territoire ou à son dehors. Il s engage aussi à ne pas enregistrer de marques, noms commerciaux ou logo qui puissent être confuses avec ceux à RUB. L autorisation à l utilisation des marques/logo RUB expirera à l échéance et/ou à la résolution de ce Contrat, ou au cas où une utilisation non correcte de la marque/logo sera relevée. PAG. 19
