Technical data sheet S_Series S_300 Vacuum pump systems General information 2BL2 501-0K Standard version for use in general industries 2BL2 501-0H version with external two-chamber preseparator with automatic drainage 2BL2 901-0H version with plate heat exchanger, integrated two-chamber preseparator and all necessary tubings and valves for the CIP process The vacuum pump systems S_300 are highly robust and reliable. They are provided in standard materials as well as in stainless steel, suitable for the integration in the CIP process for food and beverage applications. The patented vacuum systems S_300 are equipped with an after cooler for discharge air. Therefore in most applications continuos operating water supply is not needed, and your operating costs are reduced too. The system is also available in stainless steel to be used in food and brewery applications. CIP piping incl. magnetic valves for integration into existing CIP process available as option for stainless steel version. Pre separators are available in standalone and integrated design. If a coolant circuit is installed in your plant, the fan cooled heat exchanger can be exchanged by a plate heat exchanger. The caracteristics can be relevant improved by reducing the operating liquids temperature, i.e. with a plate heat exchanger which is available as an option. Characteristics The characteristics of liquid ring vacuum pumps depend on the temperature of their operating liquid and the inlet gas. Our characteristics are valid for an operating liquid temperature of 15 C when operated with a plate heat exchanger. When an air-water-cooler (fan) is used, the characteristic is influenced by the ambient temperature. To have a practical relevant point of reference, the characteristics for S_Series with air-water cooler are valid for an ambient temp. of 20 C. The performance of the vacuum systems is improved with colder operating liquid. Also the humidity of the suction medium affects the suction capacity. For the versions with plate-heat exchanger we provide characteristics for dry and wet air operation. Valid for suction temperature of 20 C and an operating liquid temperature of max. 15 C by using a plate-heat-exchanger. End vacuum: 33 mbar abs. Characteristics End vacuum: 50 mbar abs. Valid for ambient and suction temperature of 20 C. Without power requirement of the fan. Please see technical selection data. An inlet pressure of 10 mbar abs. can be achieved by connecting a gas ejector (see accessories). The gas ejector can be mounted directly onto the vacuum pump.
