Parking Management Policy 2.4.7: The Vice President for Finance and Administra3on, the Transporta3on and Parking Division, and the Transporta3on and Parking Commicee shall review the parking decal cost structure and make recommenda3ons for university rule changes that increase parking cost in order to: change behavior and discourage driving to campus; more accurately reflect the true value of providing parking; and include mechanisms that will preserve fairness for employees of differing income levels.
