Contact the office in the county in which you reside. You are only eligible for services in the county to which your Medi-Cal is linked (ie, the address you wrote down when you applied for Medi-Cal). To establish mental health care in your county, we encourage you to call the county office and ask how to schedule an intake/assessment. Each office has different procedures to follow and they will let you know what steps to take next.
