Image files must use supported extensions (BMP, PNG, JPG). BMP: 8, 16, 24, and 32-bit PNG: 8, 16, and 24-bit JPEG The maximum image resolution supported is 1920x1080
BrightAuthor allows layering of transparent PNG files using Image Layer Zones. The functionality is limited. NOTE: The following types of JPEG are not supported on any BrightSign models: JPEG images that use the CMYK color space Grayscale or Black & White JPEG images Supported Video Codecs and Formats Supported Codecs: MPEG-2, MPEG-1, H.264 (MPEG-4, Part 10) Supported Extensions/Containers:.ts,.mpg,.vob,.mov,.mp4,.m2ts Note:.mov files with compressed "atoms" (i.e. metadata) are not currently supported. Additionally Supported Extensions:.wmv files that are exported from PowerPoint (i.e. video-only.wmv without.wma audio).
