MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Reporting directly to the Manager, the Information Technology Coordinator / Senior Clerical Officer will provide an efficient service to members within the authorised limits granted by the manager. MAIN DUTIES: 1. Report problems arising as soon as possible following the identification to supplier and user group. 2. Monitoring and follow-up action where necessary to ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained. 3. Orderly records of the latter and the former to be maintained. 4. Maintain up-to-date schedules of hardware and software. 5. Ensure compliance with software licensing requirements. 6.
