Le Mat who we are Le Mat, a no-profit organization, is a development agency of social enterprises operating in hospitality and tourism industry. It has 18 members between: Social co-operatives which operate in hospitality sector or aim to set up new activities in this industry; Consortia of social co-operatives or other development agencies of social enterprises.
Le Mat mission Le Mat acts in order to sustain social enterprises growth in tourism and hospitality industry and to support sustainable local development. Le Mat works to contribute to: Create hospitality able to transfer to tourists and travellers experiences and knowledge of local communities and of people who lives and works in; Develop responsible enterprises able to contribute to create good practice's community in hospitality and sustainable development at local level; Project enterprises able to include and promote career for people in difficulties or at risk of social and labor exclusion.
