Mr. Clover has owned or been a board member of companies involved in U.S. and international real estate development, marketing, finance and consulting for more than 40 years. WHAT WE HAVE DONE HUNTSMAN LODGE DRIGGS, IDAHO, USA Huntsman Lodge is the only ultra-luxury resort hotel to be built in the United States of America in recent years. It is currently being built by a Panorama Company and is owned by Panorama principals.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE The Mexican development was the first of its kind - the first resort city to be planned and developed. The developer was The Mexican Government and FONATUR. CANCUN, MEXICO Panorama undertook initially the role of consultant for certain select areas within the development advising on a broad range of development and finance issues. Panorama opened the first real estate office in the area, and owned hotels and real estate in Cancun and the area. Panorama was involved as a consultant to practically every hotel and development company within the Cancun area. Cancun created over 100,000 hotel rooms, a support city of 300,000 people, and the second largest contributor to the Mexican economy in just over 30 years.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE THE LIGHTHOUSE, CAPE VERDE ISLANDS Developed as a central shopping and entertainment area with a feature hotel and casino, this project plannedforsalislandinthe Cape Verde Islands is representative of the inventive nature of Panorama s planners. With no downtown area, the Lighthouse offered a magnetic attraction to tourists in the area.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE Capitalizing on an oceanfront and historic site, the challenge was to develop a resort with a compatible feel with the surroundings to include a 170- room hotel as well as commercial and residential components. Panorama was commissioned to complete all market, engineering, and economic analyses and to accomplish all planning and architectural studies and renderings for the new resort. XLENDI RESORT, MALTA

WHAT WE HAVE DONE PLAYA SECRETA, EL SALVADOR Playa Secreta is El Salvador s first resort city. At completion it will include 3100 hotel rooms and 3200 retirement and second homes, supported by a championship golf course, a branded tennis complex, an equestrian center, a cruise ship dock, two marinas, a substantial shopping/entertainment complex and a reconstructed 17th century arts-oriented village

WHAT WE HAVE DONE CASTELAS, FRANCE Castelas was a remarkable undertaking by the French owners who desired to build a resort and new retirement city on 1,323-hectares in southwestern France with hotel, golf, sport, hunting, fishing, commercial, residential and sport instructional components Panorama was engaged to complete all planning, engineering, economic and market feasibility studies, and architectural concept for a new resort destination on one of the largest privately-owned sites in France. Panorama acted as the developer through the entitlement phases of Castelas.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE Ixtapa was the second master-planned resort community to be undertaken in Mexico, and again the government called on Panorama to provide services and consult on developmental, financial and marketing elements. The entire marketing program, for example, used by Ixtapa for the area was a Panorama product. The development was planned around golf, a marina, and both hotel and residential opportunities for developers. IXTAPA, MEXICO

WHAT WE HAVE DONE JAMAICA In Jamaica, Panorama accomplished many missions both as a developer and consultant. The beautiful Enchanted Gardens was a development in association with the former Prime Minister Edward Seaga. Panorama also accomplished a volume of work for the Hotel Association of Jamaica, working with them to recreate the success of the small hotel industry for the country. Panorama was also involved in the magnificent Rose Hall Estate with work in golf, hotel and residential aspects of the master planned community. Jamaica represents a long-term commitment of Panorama and associated companies.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE An award-winning private development located in Driggs, Idaho facing the western slope of the Grand Teton mountain that encompasses a total of 1,350 acres, 500 of which are protected wetlands. The development has many amenities but the highlight is the 18 hole, David Mclay Kidd designed golf course which has received numerous awards including, the best residential course 2011 by Golf Weekly magazine. The real estate at Huntsman Springs consists of Mountain Lodge Homes, Park Homes, commercial sites and home sites. A 120 key, ultra-luxury hotel is in the final stages of planning and is set to be completed in 2016. HUNTSMAN SPRINGS, IDAHO, USA
