Jesus Freaks Constitution & Bylaws Lighting The Way To The Lord. - Matthew 5:13-16 Article 1: Name Section 1: The Name of this organization shall be called Jesus Freaks. Section 2: Original name of this organization shall be: Jesus Freaks ISLSBM (International Student Lead School-based Ministry) Article 2: Mission, Vision, & Purpose Section 1: Mission The Mission of Jesus Freaks is to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the nation bringing men, women, boys, and girls to Jesus Christ by lighting the way to the Lord. Section 2: Vision The Vision of Jesus Freaks is to bring God back to where he belongs by lighting the way to the Lord: among educational systems, businesses, churches, and communities across the world. Section 3: Purpose The Purpose of Jesus Freaks shall be to shine a light so bright that men, women, boys, and girls may see our good works and glorify our father which is in heaven. - Matthew 5:13-16 Article 3: Affiliation and Co-ordination Section 1: This is the executive branch of the organization, and shall be governed by believers of Jesus Christ and born-again disciples of Jesus Christ. Article 4: Regional Structure Section 1: Designation We shall have each continent its own region and a designated Regional Coordinator for that specific region. Which will be coordinated by Jesus Freaks National Membership Director and their team Section 2: Level Each state in the following country will have its own Chair-person who will govern the state for the progress of Jesus Freaks and will have to attend a yearly meeting with their regional coordinator to bring updates and or suggestions to make the Jesus Freaks experience better.

Article 5: Membership Section 1: Requirements for Membership In order to be a member, you must endorse the mission, vision, and purpose of Jesus Freaks, and have a heart and passion to see souls saved and receive salvation. 1.1: Sign up on Jesus Freaks NNYM (National Network of Youth Ministries) Network: www.jesusfreakssbm.youthworkers.net 1.2: Read the Jesus Freaks Constitution and Bylaws and become familiar with how the organization is organized. 1.2: Complete membership application and either e-mail or mail them in. Section 2: Admission and Fees for Membership Membership of this organization is free. 2.1: Dues shall be $0 for newly members. Fee will be $10 to replace membership information and membership certificate. Section 3: Requirements for Branch In order to start a branch, you must endorse the national mission, vision, and purpose of Jesus Freaks, and have a heart and passion to see souls saved and receive salvation. 3.1: Sign up on Jesus Freaks NNYM (National Network of Youth Ministries) Network- www.jesusfreakssbm.youthworkers.net 3.2: Complete branch application and either e-mail or mail it in. Section 4: Admission and Fees for Branch Branch Membership of this organization is free. 4.1: Dues shall be $0 for newly and or renewing branches. Fee will be $15 to replace branch information and branch certificate. 4.2: Only Branches that are Renewing/Update are required to pay $15 to receive official information and to replace its membership certificate Section 5: Requirements for Clubs In order to start a club, you must endorse the national mission, vision, and purpose of Jesus Freaks, and have a heart and passion to see souls saved and receive salvation. 3.1: ALL members MUST sign up on the Jesus Freaks NNYM (National Network of Youth Ministries) Network- www.jesusfreakssbm.youthworkers.net 3.2: Complete club application and e-mail the application to the listed email address: jesusfreaksinc@gmail.com 3.3:Read the Jesus Freaks Constitution and Bylaws and become familiar with it. 3.4: Must have 10 or more people willing to join your club 3.5: Connect with us on social media (Facebook, Twitter, & Instagram) Facebook: Jesus Freaks & Jesus FI Twitter: @jesusfreaks_sbm Instagram: @jesusfreaks_sbm Facebook Group: Jesus Freaks SBM Section 6: Admission and Fees for Club Club Membership of this organization is free. 6.1: Dues shall be $0 for newly and or renewing clubs. Fee will be $15 if club loses information and to replace club membership certification. 6.2: Only clubs that are Renewing/Update are required to pay $15 to receive official information and to replace its membership certificate Article 6: Officers & Committees Section 1: Selection Officers and Committees 1.1: Founder(s) shall serve as President & or Vice-President unless they are unable to serve. Then the next president and or vice-president will be chosen by the current president. 1.2: Other officers will be voted upon and/or they request to serve in a position Section 2: Officers & Duties This organization shall have a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Executive Administrator. Each officer job descriptions will describe what they will need to do by their knowledge and research which will be compared to founders thoughts and ideas. Signature of both President & Vice-President will be applied to the job descriptions along with person(s) of that position.

2.1: President: Oversee all operations of group. Attend different meeting(s) & conference in order to find ways to grow and expand the organization. Help others when needed. Call & Conduct meeting(s) as necessary. Appoint committees; represent the organization to best of his/her abilities, and administer policies laid down in this constitution and by-laws. Submit agendas for monthly meetings before scheduling meetings. 2.2: Vice-President: Assist the president with administrative assistance, therefore allowing him/her to focus on other areas of ministry. Preside at meetings when the president is unable to attend or preside.expect the presidency seat at any moment if current president is unable to carry out the duties assign, death, sickness/illness, and or other things that may hinder him/ her from presiding. 2.3: Secretary: Assist the officers with administrative assistance, and taking proper care of information distributed throughout the year(s) of meetings, and other important documents. Keep records of membership, record of meeting minutes, and to carry on the necessary club correspondence. Maintain a scrapbook of all activities, community service projects, and special events, etc. Expect the vice-presidency seat at any moment if current vice-president is unable to carry out the duties assign, death, sickness/illness, and or other things that may hinder him/her from presiding. 2.4: Treasurer: Account properly for the contributions made by members, officers, volunteers, guests, sponsors, and prospects and all other types of receipts. Keep records of all financial matters. Collect and preserve club funds and making yearly budgets. Complete all requisitions for purchase/expenses and receipting money. Expect the secretary seat at any moment if current secretary is unable to carry out the duties assign, death, sickness/illness, and or other things that may hinder him/her from presiding. 2.5: Executive Administrator: Provide administrative assistance to all officers, therefore allowing him/her to focus on other areas of the organization. Contact person for invites to events and or special events in the community with name & number on all Jesus Freaks ISLSBM affiliated groups websites. Help in preparation of the yearly budget. Have an updated calendar and willing to serve officers and volunteers. Expect the treasurer seat at any moment if current treasurer is unable to carry out the duties assign, death, sickness/illness, and or other things that may hinder him/her from presiding. Section 3: Elections Election of new officers is up to the founder, president, and vice-president (s) discretion or if a person(s) resign/step down from a position(s). Section 4: Committees Committees will be designed to help in the growth and development of the organization or in any needed areas possible. Branches, and or States that wants to create a committees must submitted proper information to the National Secretary email address

for processing. This organization shall have the following committees: Fundraiser, Marketing Committee, Public Relations, Program/Event, and Membership. 4.1: Fundraiser Committee: Come up with unique ideas to bring in revenue that will draw people to support the organization. Creating and or finding different fundraisers to do. Giving ideas to the Fundraiser Team Director to present at scheduled meeting. Work with treasurer on financial situations. 4.2: Marketing Committee: Members of the fundraiser committee & public relations creating a unique store/market on our websites that are second to none for the organization. Keeping up with what items we have in stock such as: t- shirts and other accessories to give out into the community. 4.3: Public Relations Committee: Publicize any events, activities or special features of the organizations or any of its members in state/local newspaper, on radio, and or television. Operate the organizations social media sites: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and constantly updating our Website. 4.4: Program/Event Committee: Arrange and schedule dates, and times for special events and or occasions. Assist the Program/Event Coordinator in what he/she needs to complete the task that needs to be completed. 4.5: Membership Committee: Oversee all operations of membership dealing with branches, clubs, communities, churches, and business. Constantly working on officer application, state application, branch application, membership application, and any other application to fit other(s) in completion of the application allowing them to be more accessible. Article 7: Meetings Meetings should be scheduled in more than 14 days (2 weeks) in advance and or in more than 3 days from given date of meeting. Special meetings/emergency meetings may be called by President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and or Program/Event Coordinator. Other officers would have to request a meeting that must be approved. Article 8: Levels of Organization This organization shall have the following levels: Branch & Clubs Section 1: Branch: Are consisted of communities, churches, and business. Section 2: Clubs: Are consisted of all educational systems. Article 9: Advisors (Clubs Only) Section 1: Every club should have a minimum of 2 advisors who are apart of the faculty and staff of the educational system where they are employed. Section 2: Responsibilities: Make sure that everything is student led. Be sure to advise and or give advice when needed during meetings. Be a source of help and encouragement to/for students.

Article 10: Disbursement of Funds Section 1: Disbursement of funds must be approved by officers or quorum of the organization. Section 2: If member(s) spends their own money they will have 3 days to show Treasurer the original or printed receipt of highlighted items that were bought so they will receive their reimbursement. Any expenditure in excess of $30 must be approved by officers. Section 3: Only Founder(s), President, Vice-President, Treasurer, and Executive Administrator will have access to disburse funds with a witness and documentation typed, signed and printed with a copy kept on file by both Secretary and Treasurer. Section 4: Money received for the organization shall NOT be used for personal use of any officer or family member of an officer, but they shall be used for events, software, and cost of items and or products the organization need. Section 5: Only the Founder(s), President, Vice-President Treasurer, Executive Administrators and parents of Founder(s), President, Vice-President, and Treasurer, if under the age of 16, are the only people who are able to distribute funds and handle monies that will be donated to the organization. Article 11: Social Media This organization shall have the following: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Google Email, Yahoo Email, Website, Blog, Informational Page Section 1: Facebook: In compliance to the rules of Facebook you may friend us and follow us and join our group as we post inspirational posts, important upcoming events, and or scriptures. Section 2: Twitter: In compliance to the rules of Twitter you may follow us as we post inspirational posts, important upcoming events, and or scriptures. Section 3: Instagram: In compliance to the rules of Instagram you may follow us as we post inspirational pictures and photos of community service projects and other special occasions or events hosted or attended. Section 4: YouTube: In compliance to the rules of YouTube you may subscribe to us as we continue to make productions of special events or things we re doing in the community. Section 5: Google Email: In compliance to the rules of Google you may email, share documents, and or any other functions that are provided by google to connect with us as we spread the gospel to the nations.

Section 6: Yahoo Email: In compliance to the rules of Yahoo you email, chat, and or any other functions that are provided by yahoo to connect with us as we spread the gospel to the nations. Section 7: Website: In compliance to website builders of different kinds you can sign up, chat, post comments, pictures and connect with other Jesus Freaks around the world. Section 8: Blog: In compliance to blog builders of different kinds you can sign up, chat, post comments and see recent activities going on with us and other Jesus Freaks connected either as a Branch or Club around the world. Section 9: Informational Page: In compliance to website builders of different kinds you can view our informational page for special events and or occasions we re hosting or invited to attend. Keep a lookout and check regularly. Article 12: Executive Council The Executive Council shall be composed of the officers, committee chairperson(s), and parents of officers of person(s) who are under age (16). The Executive Council will be charged to conduct business and make appropriate and important decisions on behalf of Jesus Freaks in lieu of the full membership only when necessary. Article 13: Confidentiality We will ensure the confidentiality of our members and those participating in our outreach ministry setting by taking every reasonable method(s) to protect them. Each member must have accepted responsibilities for adhering to the confidentiality of all outreach ministry activities. All members do agree and understand by signing to become an official member or apart of a(n) affiliated branch or club do adhere of this article of the Jesus Freaks Constitution & Bylaws. Article 14: Guiding Principles: Ratification and Amendments Section 1: Ratification Ratification of the Constitution and Bylaws for Jesus Freaks ISLSBM shall require a(n) typed and printed document with the article number and section for ratification with a signature and date. Section 2: Amendments This constitution and bylaws are set forth by the Board of Directors of Jesus Freaks ISLSBM. They may be amended if approved by the Board of Directors. A proposed statement MUST be provided 5 days to officers prior to the next scheduled meeting.
