Citrix EasyCall Gateway Pre-Installation Checklist This checklist is for EasyCall Gateway administrators. Information for telephony system integrators is provided in the EasyCall Gateway Telephony System Integrator s Guides. We recommend that you keep this checklist updated and accessible to the administrator. For background information on these settings, refer to the EasyCall Gateway Administrator s Guide. Firewall Requirements The firewall used for the EasyCall Gateway must allow TCP traffic over HTTPS port 443 for communication with the EasyCall or Web Services API. The telephony system and the EasyCall Gateway must not be separated by a firewall or NAT. Basic Network Connectivity Interface 1 IP address: Subnet mask: (By default, Interface 1 (left port) is configured with the static IP address 10.20.30.40 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. You must use Interface 1 to connect the gateway to the network.) Default gateway IP address: External IP address: SIP External IP address: Required only by some SIP carriers.
