Citrix EasyCall Gateway Pre-Installation Checklist This checklist is for EasyCall Gateway administrators. Information for telephony system integrators is provided in the EasyCall Gateway Telephony System Integrator s Guides. We recommend that you keep this checklist updated and accessible to the administrator. For background information on these settings, refer to the EasyCall Gateway Administrator s Guide. Firewall Requirements The firewall used for the EasyCall Gateway must allow TCP traffic over HTTPS port 443 for communication with the EasyCall or Web Services API. The telephony system and the EasyCall Gateway must not be separated by a firewall or NAT. Basic Network Connectivity Interface 1 IP address: Subnet mask: (By default, Interface 1 (left port) is configured with the static IP address 10.20.30.40 and a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0. You must use Interface 1 to connect the gateway to the network.) Default gateway IP address: External IP address: SIP External IP address: Required only by some SIP carriers. External port: SIP local network: DNS server(s): EasyCall Gateway Port Usage The following tables list all of the EasyCall Gateway inbound and outbound ports. These ports must be open on the EasyCall Gateway s gateway device (such as a firewall or router). Interpret a ten-digit number that does not include an international dial prefix as: a domestic number based on the EasyCall Gateway locale a U.S. number regardless of the EasyCall Gateway locale (Ten-digit numbers can have any pattern defined by: [punctuation]nnn[punctuation]nnn[punctuation]nnnn.) Additional restricted phone number patterns: (Patterns already configured include those prefixed by fax, tty, and currency symbols; numbers in date/time formats.) Directory Source Configuration You can use multiple sources for the directory information to appear in EasyCall. If you have more than three LDAP/AD sources, make a copy of this page. LDAP Bind DN and password: "cn=directorymanager,o=cisco.com" (Cisco DC Directory) "ou=administrator,dc=ace,dc=com" "username" (Active Directory User Principal Name; cannot be email address) "cn=administrator,cn=users,dc=ace,dc=com" (Active Directory) For Novell edirectory, the Bind DN user must have access rights to see the properties of the users. LDAP Base DN: "ou=users,o=cisco.com" (Cisco DC Directory) "ou=users,dc=ace,dc=com" "cn=users,dc=ace,dc=com" (Active Directory) LDAP Attribute fields: (Defaults in parentheses.)
