Method of Truck Wheel Alignment 1. In cases of buses and trucks, the alignment method is same with that for small vehicles. Vehicles having two front axles Mounting front wheel head on front wheel axle #1 and rear wheel head on front wheel axle #2 No caster swing for measurement 1) Installation the turn table at the front wheel axel #2 2) Adjustment of Total Toe of the front wheel axle #2 by Tierod on the rear wheel adjustment screen 3) Placing the front wheel axle #1 of the vehicle on the turntable and moving to the front wheel adjustment screen on the computer screen 4) Adjustment of Total Toe of the front wheel axle #1 by Tierod 5) Drag Link to adjust the angles of the front wheel axle #1 and front wheel axle #2 so that the individual left and right toes of the front wheel axle l#1 are same Rear wheel axle #1 Rear wheel axle #2 sing cross cables. In the adjustment mode, screening of setback sensor does not interfere with adjustment.
