Safe Harbor Statement Statements in this presentation relating to Oracle's future plans, expectations, intentions and prospects are "forward-looking statements" and are subject to material risks and uncertainties. Many factors could affect our current expectations and our actual results, and could cause actual results to differ materially. We presently consider the following to be among the important factors that could cause actual results to differ materially from expectations: (1) Economic, political and market conditions, including the recent global economic and financial crisis, could adversely affect our business, operating results or financial condition, including our revenue growth and profitability, through reductions in customer IT budgets and expenditures and through the general tightening of access to credit. (2) We may fail to achieve our financial forecasts due to such factors as delays or size reductions in transactions, fewer large transactions in a particular quarter, unanticipated fluctuations in currency exchange rates, delays in delivery of new products or releases or a decline in our renewal rates for software license updates and product support. (3) Our entrance into the hardware systems business may not be successful, and we may fail to achieve our financial forecasts with respect to this new business. (4) We have an active acquisition program and our acquisitions, including our acquisition of Sun Microsystems, may not be successful, may involve unanticipated costs or other integration issues or may disrupt our existing operations. (5) Our international sales and operations subject us to additional risks that can adversely affect our operating results, including risks relating to foreign currency gains and losses and risks relating to compliance with international and U.S. laws that apply to our international operations. (6) Intense competitive forces demand rapid technological advances and frequent new product introductions and could require us to reduce prices or cause us to lose customers. (7) We cannot assure market acceptance of new products or services or new versions of existing or acquired products or services. A detailed discussion of these factors and other risks that affect our business is contained in our SEC filings, including our most recent reports on Form 10-K and Form 10-Q, particularly under the heading "Risk Factors." Copies of these filings are available online from the SEC or by contacting Oracle Corporation's Investor Relations Department at (650) 506-4073 or by clicking on SEC Filings on Oracle s Investor Relations website at http://www.oracle.com/investor. All information set forth in this presentation is current as of April 26, 2010. Oracle undertakes no duty to update any statement in light of new information or future events. 3

SPARC Enterprise Servers M-Series Mission critical computing Industry leading reliability, availability and serviceability High single threaded performance Investment Protection: 3rd in-box upgrade and counting Scalability from 1 to 64 CPUs High level of consolidation Breakthrough virtualization T-Series Energy-Efficiency & Scalability World class performance Built-in, on-chip wire-speed security Leading power efficiency and density Breakthrough, built-in virtualization High reliability and availability 12

M-Series Success Stories Performance With the Sun SPARC Enterprise M9000 server, we enjoy unparalleled response times, the highest ratios of security, performance and flexibility, and costs that are nearly 50% less... Carlos Lafitte, Advisor, IT Space (technology subsidiary of Grupo Villar Mir) Consolidation We were looking for scalability, but we also need to be very considerate of costs... We want to keep the costs of goods down for our clients so we can offer them a low subscription price. Jeremy Bauer, Vice President of IT, Success Factors Reliability By going with the Sun M Series servers, we are able to meet our SLAs with faster, better, and smaller servers. We were able to increase our capacity and actually reduce our footprint and costs. Bimal Doshi, Vice President of Operations, Core Services Binary Compatibility...the binary compatibility of the Sun SPARC Enterprise servers running the Solaris 10 Operating System helped saved UniSIM time and money because the university's applications didn't need to be recompiled. Gary Teo, Sr. Mgr of Educational Technology and Production, UniSIM 13

Oracle + Sun Innovations SPARC/Solaris + Flash and Oracle Database Oracle Database 11g R2 Sun M-Series Servers and Sun FlashFire Delivers Oracle Database Acceleration 2x OLTP throughput 2x faster transactional response times Up to 6x less power and up to 8x less floor space 14

T-Series Success Stories Scalability As a result of going to Sun, we improved our response time and we re sitting at less than ten percent system utilization with five times the business we had nine months ago. We have a scalable server and storage platform that can provide air cover for our sales team, and reports we get from our enterprise customers say that there s nothing faster out there. David Simon, Chairman, SearchForce, Inc. On-Chip Networking and Security By virtualizing our applications into Solaris Containers and using the integrated 10Gigabit Ethernet and cryptographic acceleration embedded into the Sun CoolThreads servers, we have also have been able to boost system utilization and security and improve system administrator productivity, while reducing data centre power, cooling and space requirements. Kip Turco, Senior Vice President, Engineering and Operations, Motricity Efficiency As the world's largest mobile phone operator ranked by number of subscribers, we ran extensive testing on the Sun SPARC Enterprise T5440 server running Oracle databases and it's been truly amazing. We were able to double our performance on the 4RU Sun SPARC Enterprise T5440 server compared to our existing 40RU, 64 CPU system and also cut CPU utilization by over 50%. We have never seen so much mid-range computing power in such a small box while also dramatically reducing space and power consumption. Mr. Wangxin, Director, China Mobile Virtualization Built In The Capabilities Integration Environment (CIE) is part of the 643rd Electronics Systems Squadron at Maxwell-Gunter Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama. CIE consolidated servers using both Solaris Containers and Logical Domains on Sun's T2000 and T5240 servers, reducing rack space to achieve a 13:1 consolidation ratio and decreasing server deployment time by more than 90%. Solaris provides a couple of key advantages over any other OS. One is just the base reliability of the operating system with storage, things like retrying I/Os. But on top of that there s two key technologies that, frankly, you can t get anywhere else That s MPXIO for multipath I/O and the other is ZFS. Jason Williams, CTO We estimate that Solaris Containers have been able to give us the equivalent memory and processing power of ten virtual servers on every physical server. That s resulted in an 80% reduction in space requirements and 65% savings in energy costs. Brad Forrester, Systems Operations Manager 21

StorageTek Archive Success Stories Highest Scalability:10x Competition The SL8500 that we have today is the maximum in a single frame, but the SL8500 works where you can stack them side by side and the (tape) can actually go from one frame to another, State of Tennessee s Max Arnold said. So it s hugely scalable. Storage Magazine, Sep. '09 Best TCO Our return on investment is instant, because it would have cost us $14 million to make videotape copies. The Sun solution is saving us $6 million. We plan to completely replace and recycle existing tapes every three years, and even doing that, this solution is far less expensive than any other." - Sam Gustman, CTO, USC SHOAH Foundation Reliability StorageTek ranked #1 in Overall Quality and Reliability according to Storage Magazine in August 09 publication 37

In 11 years of managing storage arrays, I've never had so much detailed information about exactly what is going on inside the storage system aside from how many IOPS. I've worked with almost all of the big names on some very high-end systems (EMC Symmetrix & Clariion, Hitachi 9900, NetApp & StorageTek) and DTrace Analytics is several orders of magnitude better than any other storage management software or debugging tool I've ever worked with. Good job! David Robillard UNIX team leader & Oracle DBA, Notarius We were trying to understand why performance isn t where we need it to be. And with the analytics, it s right there. It s on the screen, point and click and you can dive into whatever level of detail you need. And I ve just not seen anything else out there like that. So that s been the number one win for us, the analytics. Mark Niedzielski Infrastructure Manager, OurStage, Inc.. It s a delight to use. We spend less time reacting to the performance of the system and more time planning and supporting company strategy overall administration time has fallen by 50%. From the team s perspective, it means we can demonstrate the value of the investment to senior managers and prove our worth to the company. Magnus Befwe Manager of IT Operations and Infrastructure,Elanders, AB 41
