Information entered last year is pre printed on the following pages. 2. When you complete the worksheet, go to the EPC Annual Church Report page asfr.epc.org/annual church report. Click <Instructions> for an introductory video. Click <Login to start> and use the login information for your church provided below or in the cover letter: Login information was mailed to Pastors and Clerks of Session in mid January 2016. FINANCES Note to churches on a fiscal year other than January December: All financial reporting to the Assembly is on a calendar year basis.
