Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training Course Overview This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is a highly practical 1 week course that will provide attendees with a solid introduction to Lean Six Sigma and its basic tools and techniques. Attendees will be invited to bring along their own projects and data, in order that these can be developed and discussed during the training. QSBs best selling Six Sigma and Minitab pocket guide has received widespread acclaim for explaining Lean Six Sigma in a down to earth and clearly structured format. Our Public Lean Six Sigma courses follow a similar approach, and deliver a clear understanding without complex mathematical formulae or excessive Six Sigma jargon. Who should attend? This workshop is aimed at delegates who are new to Lean Six Sigma and who wish to develop their skills to a Green Belt level.
