MALCOLM D. CHIVERS Canadian Bankers Association Manager, Security & Intelligence In his role with the CBA Malcolm has national responsibilities for the Coordination of the Deployed Regional Security Specialist Groups (RSSG) located in the Pacific and Prairie Regions, Toronto and Montreal. He also has direct Management responsibilities for the Centralized Financial Crime Intelligence Unit (CFCIU) and the Bank Crime Prevention and Investigation Office (BCPIO). Prior to joining the CBA, Malcolm had an extensive career with the Ontario Provincial Police spending a significant amount of his career involved in the investigation and case management of Economic Crime across the Province of Ontario. During his career he held several key Senior Management positions within the organization. These positions include: - Commander OPP Fleet Supply & Weapons Services Bureau - Commander OPP Protective Services - Director OPP Security Services - Director Operational Support, OPP Corporate Services Deputy Director Anti-Rackets Branch responsible for deployed Economic crime investigative units in Ottawa, Toronto, North Bay, London and Thunder Bay In his role as the Commander of Protective Services he worked directly with senior government officials at the Federal and Provincial levels. His investigative and case management experience includes multijurisdictional economic and major crime investigations at the Provincial, Federal and International levels. Malcolm has been assigned to general policing and criminal investigation duties at detachments across South Western Ontario. Throughout his career he has worked extensively with both the Banking community and the private sector. Malcolm is a graduate of the Queen s School of Business, Executive Program; he has also received advanced security training at the Canadian Forces College and the Canadian Defence Academy in Ottawa. ALLISON DELLANDREA Crown Counsel Crow Law Office, Criminal Education Coordinator Ontario Provincial Strategy to Combat Internet Crimes Against Children Allison Dellandrea is the Lead Education counsel for the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General s Provincial Strategy on Internet Child Exploitation (ICE), Canada s first multi-disciplinary ICE team, formed in 2007. In this capacity, Ms. Dellandrea delivers training on digital legal issues to law enforcement members and prosecutors across Canada as well as for the legal profession, and the judiciary. Ms. Dellandrea prosecutes child exploitation cases on behalf of the Ontario Crown at both the trial and appellate level. Prior to joining the Strategy, Ms. Dellandrea worked as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Toronto where she prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases at the provincial and Superior Court. Ms. Dellandrea is a member of the Crown Law Office s Search experts team, and of the International Association of Prosecutors Cybercrimes specialists group. She is the Director of the Ontario Crown Attorney s Association Summer School program, as well as the Internet Child Exploitation Course. Ms. Dellandrea is a graduate of McGill University and Dalhousie Law School.

CST. CHRIS McDONALD Peel Regional Police Child Exploitation Unit Constable Chris MacDonald is currently an investigator in the Peel Regional Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit. Previously, he spent six years as computer forensic investigator within the Technological Crimes Unit. Cst. MacDonald has been deemed an expert witness in peer to peer networks and in the collection, preservation, validation, analysis, interpretation and presentation of electronic evidence. Over the past three years, he has given numerous presentations on a variety of technological issues at educational seminars for the judiciary of both trial and appellate Courts, Crown counsel, and police officers. A native of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia, Cst. MacDonald attended Mount Allison University in New Brunswick where he received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science prior to joining the police service. He is currently completing a Masters of Public Administration from the Royal Military College of Canada.

KELLY SLATE Ministry Of The Attorney General Peel Crown Attorney s Office Kelly Slate is an Acting Deputy Crown Attorney with the Peel Crown Attorney s Office. Called to the bar in 2002 she worked at the Crown Law Office Criminal Division doing appeals and justice prosecutions before moving to the Peel Crown s Office in 2003. In Peel she has been the Domestic Violence Team Co-Lead, Summary Conviction Appeal Team Co-Lead, and recently started a secondment as Deputy Crown. She has prosecuted multiple complex robberies, sexual assaults, and homicides. She also is an Instructor at Osgoode Hall Law School in the Trial Advocacy Course.
COLIN SMITH Adobe Canada Video & Imaging Colin Smith has been swimming in the deep end of the video and imaging industries for over 20+ years. 17 of those years have been spent at Adobe Systems where he continues to evangelize leading edge solutions to customers all over North America including Hollywood filmmakers, New York media giants and broadcast and animation houses in Canada. Colin s passionate and accessible speaking style makes him a major draw at a multitude of Adobe events and seminars as well as making regular appearances on his hit show No Stupid Questions on Adobe TV. When not on the road, Colin spends his time fighting crime by teaching law enforcement agencies to leverage Photoshop and other Adobe technologies.
HAROLD TAYLOR Harold Taylor Time Consultants Inc. CEO, President Harold Taylor has been speaking, writing and conducting training programs on the topic of effective time management for over 25 years. He has written 17 books, including a Canadian bestseller, Making Time Work for You. He has developed over 50 time management products that have sold in 38 countries around the world. His monthly Time Management Report has been published for twenty-five years and he has had over 300 articles accepted for publication. In addition he writes two bi-weekly electronic reports with a circulation of over 2,000 managers and professionals.
