Who We Are JSC Osama has been operating in Lithuanian since 1997. JSC Osama Distributors has been operating in Latvia since 2002. The OSAMA Joint Stock Company is a distribution and wholesale company of fast moving consumer goods, which operates in the Lithuanian and Latvian markets. The main company values are reliability and effectiveness in providing good quality goods to clients as well as the professional supervision of product presentation. All of our attention is and will continue to be paid to the quality of our service.

Services Services, provided by JSC Osama : Distribution Merchandising Logistics Trade Marketing

Services Our company works together with 40 producers and 600 SKU products. In Lithuania, the company has 4980 active outlets, including 1134 HoReCa clients and 437 schools. In Latvia, the company has 1858 active outlets, including 196 HoReCa clients and 180 schools. Collecting Orders Our system is adapted to every client s needs. A client can choose the way he wants to send orders: our Sales Manager collects orders, business-to-business order system, free order phone line. JSC Osama delivering goods to the clients within 24 hours from the acceptance of an order.

Logistics JSC Osama uses 7200 m² of warehousing area in Lithuania and 1300 m² of warehousing area in Latvia. We can warehouse up to 5800 pallets in all our warehouses. The central warehouse has implemented an address system, it allows more efficient operation and the avoidance of errors. We provide the following logistics services: The transportation of goods from the manufacturer to the central warehouse. International and local delivery of goods to the clients. Import and customs procedures. Document handling. Warehousing and transportation within Lithuania and Latvia. Labelling and packaging of goods. We also maintain our stocks. Our logistics specialists constantly supervising product rotations and stocks within the warehouses, and also providing for the maintenance of sufficient quantities of products for trade campaigns.

Distribution The companie s structure and work organization helps to distribute goods to all possible outlets, get the best sales results, and achieve the best results. We have our branches in the five biggest cities in Lithuania: Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipeda, Siauliai and Panevezys. This system helps to perform the distribution of goods quickly and efficiently even to remote clients. Distribution channels: Retail Chains (all). Independent outlets. Cash&Carry outlets. HoReCa. Petrol Stations. Kiosks. Schools.

Merchandising In order to get better sales results, attractive product presentation and professional supervision is very important. Our professional specialists will: Supervise products on shelves. Arrange second placements. Place POS material. Our merchandisers can accomplish different trade campaigns throughout locations. Consequently, your product will have maximum visibility and will be easy for the consumer to reach.
