What makes up the MACRAO agreement? English Composition..... 6 credit hours Science and Math..... 8 credit hours Courses must be taken from a minimum of two subject areas. At least one science course must include a laboratory. Social Science..... 8 credit hours Courses must be taken from a minimum of two subject areas. Humanities..... 8 credit hours Courses must be taken from a minimum of two subject areas. *Make sure your community college doesn t forget to stamp your transcripts if you fulfilled the MACRAO agreement

Sending Transcripts Each institution will have its own procedures However, expect that you be required to send your new institution a complete academic history Example: At CMU, if you haven t completed 30 or more community college credit hours then you will have to send your high school transcripts. If you have at least 30 credits, then you can send just your community college transcript

Student Transition Enrichment Program at Central Michigan University The Criteria for this program are: Pell Grant Eligible Students (and/or) First Generation College Students Student Participants will: Attend two one-on-one academic advising meetings per semester Attend two workshops per semester

About the program The program will focus on the following areas: knowledge of the transfer process, majors, and resources relationship building between the students, staff and faculty at CMU development of academic skills and career planning
