ELECTRIC SYSTEMS HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS Features & Benefits Stang Remote Control Monitors (RCM) are used to flow large volumes of water and can be controlled from a remote location on land or at sea. These monitors typically have a fixed control panel in a strategic area that allows for safe operation. Remote Control Monitors require a method to accomplish control from a location away from the monitor. This holds true for either electric monitors or hydraulic. The operator interface is either a master control panel, local control panel, wireless transmitter or integrated into a plant I&E system. Stang has the experience to work with any type of control scheme that may be required. We can even tie into remote site control (SCADA). Where electricity may pose a hazard due to environment or accessibility issues hydraulic powered units become the optimum power source for remote system operations.
