6 End Suction s AHLSTAR The A series is designed for pumping clean, abrasive or corrosive liquids. If the liquid contains gas or air the pump can be modified with either an internal or external gas removal system which stabilizes the operation. Capacity up to 9,000 m 3 /h / 40,000 USgpm Head up to 160 m / 500 ft CPT The CPT process pump is designed for continuous operation in process industries for pumping clean, abrasive or corrosive liquids. The pump is designed to exceed ANSI (ASME B73.1M) pump standards Capacity up to 700 m 3 /h / 3,100 USgpm Head up to 250 m / 800 ft ZE/ZF The ZE/ZF series of single stage, overhung, end suction pumps is ideal for arduous applications in a wide range of industrial processes Manufactured in two casing pressure ranges across over 50 sizes with six bearing frames, ZE/ZF pumps are made for arduous needs. 7 Axially Split s SMD / SMN The Sulzer family of single stage, double suction, axially split casing pumps is used across a broad range of industries mainly in Water Supply, Transport, Treatment and Desalination applications. Pre-engineered standard versions include the vertical configuration option. Capacity 23,000 m 3 /h / 100,000 USgpm Head up to 230 m / 750 ft HSB HSB pumps are high speed, single stage, double suction pumps according to ISO 13709 (API 610) used in high head applications in reverse osmosis processes as medium pressure pumps as well as in water transport applications offering high efficiency and heavy duty design where it is required. Capacity up to 9,000 m 3 /h / 40,000 USgpm Head up to 390 m / 1,300 ft ZPP ZPP double suction pumps are especially designed for services requiring low pulsation and high efficiencies, including cooling and circulating water pumping. Capacity 25,000 m 3 /h / 110,000 USgpm Head up to 125 m / 410 ft HPDM HPDM horizontal, single or multistage axially split casing pumps are designed for high volume, high pressure water transport applications. HPDM pumps are individually designed to provide class leading efficiency and are used to supply water for many major cities throughout the world. 8 Multistage s MBN / MBN-RO The MBN for Reverse Osmosis is a ring section, multistage pump ideal for medium pressure pumping applications. The pump is offered in a wide range of materials including duplex stainless steel grades. Capacity up to 1,000 m 3 /h / 4,400 USgpm Head up to 900 m / 2,900 ft MC The MC high pressure ring section pump uses a wide range of materials, construction and hydraulic options. The MC can easily be configured to meet customers needs. Selecting hydraulics that closely match the required duty point ensures highly efficient operation thus minimizing operating costs. Capacity up to 800 m 3 /h / 4,000 USgpm Head up to 1,600 m / 5,500 ft MSD/MSD-RO MSD/MSD-RO multistage, double volute, axially split casing pumps are used as high pressure pumps in reverse osmosis processes as well as in water transport applications. The broad range of standard hydraulics and mechanical design options ensures optimum fit to customers duty requirements, using proven pre-engineered solutions. 9 Vertical s SJM SJM vertical mixed flow pumps are ruggedly designed for years of trouble free operation in a wide variety of applications. The basic components of head, column pipe and bowl assembly are combined and customized to perfectly match individual duty needs. The standard range of material options can be matched to individual installation needs. Capacity up to 52,000 m 3 /h / 250,000 USgpm Head up to 29 m / 95 ft SJT The SJT vertical turbine range offers flexibility due to an extensive range of standard features. These include oil, grease, product or flushed bearing lubrication, sealing plans for all liquids, above or below ground discharge and a wide range of materials of construction. SJT pumps can be supplied to conform with ASME, ANSI, NRC and API standards. Capacity up to 52,000 m 3 /h / 250,000 USgpm Head up to 115 m per stage / 380 ft per stage

11 Tarragona and Vilaseca water reuse Customer: Veolia Water Iberia, Spain Country of installation: Spain Recycled water from a wastewater plant is additionally treated by means of Ultrafiltration (UF) and Reverse Osmosis (RO) technologies and pumped to industrial areas for reuse. Highly efficient pumps are needed to support the water sustainability of this industrial area. This is the largest MED plant ever built and required highly efficient, low NPSH pumps.
