Diane s Show Part: 1 Meet and Greet Make sure you arrive on time to set up and be ready to greet the guests. It s important to introduce yourself and to be friendly. Ask people questions like how do they know the hostess, do they live close by anything to get to know them better. Start on time (no later than 20 mins. from 1 st guest arrival or start time). Part: 2 Introduction Once ladies are sitting, briefly introduce yourself, thank hostess and guests for coming. You can say: Ok everyone we are officially going to get started. My name is and I am very excited to be here tonight. First I would like to thank (hostess) for having us all over tonight and all of you for coming. Before I begin, I would like to give (hostess) a little something from me. (I usually give jewelry cleaner and cloth and I give them a VIP card that allows them to shop at 20% off for one year from their show date) You are going to need this for all of the FREE jewelry that you are receiving tonight! See as the hostess of a Premier Designs Jewelry Show you get to go on a Guilt Free Shopping Spree. So tonight ladies, my shows are like mini skirts-long enough to cover everything, but short enough to keep it interesting! (Make sure you tell them the WHY) Why do women need to wear jewelry? You can use a mannequin, hostess, or audience. Show some silver, gold, color, and combinations. Sell the sizzle! Well tonight I am going to show you how to make you look great with the clothes you already have. Here are some facts I share during my combinations. I use a 3-4 at each show. -75% of our wardrobe should be accessories and only 25% clothes. -Longer necklaces, bigger earrings = 10 lbs. thinner (segment on Good Morning America) Long necklaces are not only slimming, but they are runway hot! -Instyle Magazine-Women wore the same outfit to work for 3 days, but changed their accessories. When their co-workers were polled to see if they noticed that these women wore the same outfit for 3 days, no one noticed. It s the power of accessories. -Everyone has to own a strand of pearls. -Silver is denim friendly and looks great on black. Silver is also acceptable year around and in the evening. -Jewelry is the #1 gift item in the U.S. 75% of that market is High Fashion Jewelry.

Intro: Ok ladies so our next game is easy because everyone is going to get a $100 bill with a question on the back and all you have to do is read that question when we get to your number. But before we begin I would like you to think of someone who could use extra money. See people come into Premier for all different reasons, maybe it s to buy a car or house, pay for college tuition, get out of debt, or to even just go on a vacation. Premier doesn t advertise, so the only way people can hear about Premier is through word of mouth. So I always like to
share Premier with everyone, because you never know this might be for you or someone you know. Then I pass out the dollar bills and say OK who has number 1. Use the posters to help you with the answers. When you get to Question #10 there is no poster, that is when you call your hostess up and show how much free jewelry she can get with the boxes! On average my hostesses earn $300 in free jewelry. I know $300 sounds good but I want to show you what $300 looks like and show you how easy it is to earn it! I then call my hostess up and ask her to hold out her hands. I begin piling 6 boxes up, explaining that she gets 30% of all sales in free jewelry. Then, I explain the hostess benefits and give a box for each one (but 2 for advance orders because if they get $100 in advance orders, then you will get $25 in free jewelry for the bonus, and 30% of all sales). After all of that, I explain that if all of this free jewelry isn t enough for them, as the hostess you can purchase 8 items at half-price and I say something like, I don t know about you, but I love shopping ½ price at the department stores. After this activity, I collect all of the dollar bills and say just by working 1 day a week, you can add an extra $1,000 to your monthly income. THEN I TELL WHY I JOINED PREMIER AND WHAT IT HAS DONE FOR ME. I end with it can t hurt to take some information with you for you or a friend. Part: 6 Deal or No Deal (Booking Activity) With a show of hands, who here has held a show at their house of any kind? It could be Tupperware, Tastefully Simple, Premier So I know that you ladies love getting free stuff. Well here is an important fact for you. Premier Designs gives away the most FREE products over any other direct sales companies! It s true. On average my hostess receive $300 in free jewelry, but I have had hostesses earn as much as $900 in FREE jewelry. Can you believe that?
One of my favorite parts about Premier is how much FREE jewelry they give away to the hostess just for having her friends over. This game is called Deal or No Deal and tonight you can win! If you Deal you are guaranteed to win! The first thing you are going to win is hundreds of dollars in FREE jewelry by having your own Premier Home Show and the second thing you are going to win is your choice of a bag or box! You could win both, but you are going to have to ask me how! *In order to win both, I let them know that if they book their show within the next 5 weeks! Then I say: -Who here already knows that they want free jewelry? *START with that person. It s puts a positive energy in the room. *If no one says anything: Ladies, don t you understand this is your chance to go on a guilt free shopping spree. Part: 7 Survey -This is for the quiet and meek -YOU MUST LOOK AT THE SURVEYS BEFORE CHECKOUT TO SEE WHO WANTS A SHOW OR MORE INFORMATION! - I want to do a drawing so you are going to fill out a survey. I do not send this information to Premier, but it s good for me to have your information incase I have a question about something that you ordered. If it s not filled out all of the way, then you can t win the prize. -Walk everyone through the survey at the end of your presentation, before they see the catalogs. *When you get to the question about having a jewelry show- If you played Deal or No Deal and you know you are having a show, check yes. If you didn t play Deal or No Deal check yes anyway because you deserve free jewelry. *When you get to the question about wanting to hear more about the business- Want more information question: Remember, by working 1 day a week you can add $1000 to your monthly income.
Part: 8 Announce Specials -If Premier doesn t have a special out for customers, you can make up your own! Here are some examples: $10 off all watches Buy 3 items and your 4 th of equal or less value is 50% off Happy Book Part: 9 Shopping/Check-Out/Booking Shows *Shopping* -Hand out catalogs and order forms or place them on your jewelry table. Remember, no catalogs until the end!!!! You want your audience focused on YOU! -Help guests with their selections-suggest that people try on things. Why don t you try this piece on? *Check-Out Time* -Don t rush check out time Cover everything you need to. Ask, Are you sure you don t want to get free jewelry? -Put a frame out that says, If I don t ask you to book a show, you get free shipping. This takes the pressure off of asking them again at checkout. -Collect all payments and make sure checks are written to you! Make sure you get all shows in calendar that night and give them the hostess packet. Put all their info on your calendar, address phone # s, email, etc. Keep in touch with them and be a master at hostess coaching. (You should use a hostess binder/refer to Premier mom for info.) Refer to your training manual on hostess coaching as well. Helpful note: even if no one plays your booking game, ask each person again at checkout! You won t get, unless you ASK!!!!
