Client Experience SHEETZ, INC., Altoona, PA January 2009 Present Implemented HCM 8.9 ebenefits, eprofile and epay utilizing a third-party portal product and the PeopleSoft Portal Pack. Technical Project Manager responsible for coordinating all consulting resources and client technical resources on a day-to-day basis for work tasks. Worked with client and third-party technical teams to implement the Sun Open SSO product to integrate the third-party portal and HCM 8.9 products in a single-signon environment. Developed customized department reporting structure to enable producing reports by each level of senior management. Worked on the team that installed and configured the PeopleSoft emodules. Performed stress testing of the production PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 MP1 environment using Open Demand s Open Load software. Designed and developed the Workflow approval process for the MSS and ESS implementations, which included modifying the User List, SQL objects, and Activities. GUTHRIE HEALTHCARE, Sayre, PA March 2006 October 2006 Provided extensive technical mentoring for the IT department to help them plan for their upgrade to HCM 8.9 MP1. Provided technical knowledge transfer on all the new PeopleTools and Integration technologies delivered in PeopleTools 8.4x. Reviewed and documented their custom Payroll to General Ledger and Time and Labor to Payroll interfaces to determine what custom code could be removed from the interfaces and moved to the delivered functional setup tables in HCM 8.9. 3

SHEETZ, INC., Altoona, PA January 2006 December 2006 Project Managed the PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 MP1 upgrade managing a team of 5 developers, 2 UNIX System Administrators, 2 Windows Administrators and an Oracle DBA. Created a very detailed project plan that covered all the functional and technical tasks associated with the upgrade and ran the weekly project status meeting. Managed the assignment of development work for the Technical team. Worked with the client technical management team to coordinate all technical resources and determine service level agreements with the functional end-users. Performed a full technical performance stress test using the OpenLoad tool to simulate a higher than normal level of user usage to properly size and tune the Web Server, Application Server and Database Server. Installed, configured and tuned the PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 MP1 Web Server, Application Server and Process Scheduler environments in a mixed Sun Solaris 9 and Windows 2003 environment. NEW JERSEY MANUFACTURERS INSURANCE GROUP, Trenton, NJ June 2005 December 2005 Installed and configured Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 SP3 Enterprise Edition on a HP Proliant server running Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Installed PeopleSoft HCM 8.9 MP1. Upgraded HRMS from Release 8.3, on PeopleTools 8.20, to HCM 8.9 MP1 on PeopleTools 8.46. Designed and developed the Workflow approval process for the MSS and ESS implementations, which included modifying the User List, SQL objects, and Activities. Designed and developed the Job Opening and Offer approval process for erecruit by modifying the delivered Application Package PeopleCode. Completed the setup and testing of the implementation of the Mohomine Resume Processing software. Designed and implemented the use of Offer letters within erecruit, which included modifying the Word documents, configuring the Process Scheduler to produce the Offer letters, and designing the business process for the recruiters to use to produce the Offer letters. Designed and implemented the employee referral program online process which included custom records, pages and PeopleCode that captures the employee information and routes it to the appropriate manager for approval before being sent to Payroll for payment. Extensive technical project management responsibilities including creating and managing project deliverables, project scope, determining whether customizations need to come forward into 8.3, GMAC RESIDENTIAL, Horsham, PA August 2004 June 2005 Analyzed the customized SQRs to determine what development was needed to be done to retrofit the customizations into the delivered HCM 8.8 SP1 versions. Analyzed the custom SQRs to determine what development was needed to be done to retrofit the new HCM 8.8 SP1 record/field changes into the custom SQRs. 4

COVANCE, Princeton, NJ June 2004 May 2005 Performed System Administrator duties for HRMS 8.3 and Financials 8.4 Development, Test and Production environments. Analyzed and reconfigured all the WebLogic Web Server and Tuxedo Application Server configurations to perform better and to consume less system Analyzed numerous custom SQR processes to eliminate performance problems and increase functionality. Installed, configured and performance tuned 6 Tuxedo Application Servers on 2 Unix servers, one for the production and Quality Assurance databases, and one for the remaining test and training databases. Wrote 10 Crystal Reports that details all of the valid accounts, account balances, monthly transactions, as well as reports used by the county when reporting the number and value of real estate transactions to the state government. Installed and configured the Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 database to be used by the application. Converted over 2 million rows of data from a legacy DOS-based system into the new VB application. The conversion routines mimicked the editing and validation used by the application.
