The CYCL DRIVE is fixed to a stationary cylinder (P) at the flange of the casing (P0). The stationary cylinder is fixed to the shaft support base (P14) through a fixing shaft (P2) with key (P). The drum (P9) is rotated by the slow speed shaft (P21) of CYCL DRIVE through a bracket (P7). The (P9) slow speed shaft end is supported by the bearing (P19) in the bearing case (P2). The other end of the drum is supported on the bearing (P26) through bracket II (P). The cabtire cable (P2) is passed through a hole in the fixing shaft (P2) and connected to the power source. 6. Maintenance There are both grease and oil method lubrication for CYCL MTRPULLEY. Refer to Table 2 for details. 6. Maintenance (2) il Lubrication il lubrication models are shipped without oil drained. Always fill with oil up to the designated line before operation. il Lubrication 1. il (CYCL DRIVE and earing A Part) Fill oil through the upper red line on the oil gauge as indicated in Table 6 through oil filler plug on the bearing case. il gauge is attached to the casing of the CYCL DRIVE. It can be seen through the opening of bracket. Use SP type industrial extremepressure gear oil for lubrication. Consult us for recommended lubrication oil.
