Objectives Update, assess and analyze the system based on each variable change by zone. Strengthen the plans by zone for 8 macro zones, 47 zones and 270 communities Strengthen the links between current and previous public administrative staff. Strengthen gathering spaces to increase the dialogue and negotiation power of the community using tools of the monitoring system.
