The clothing consignment contract is for 90 days. LLM may take mark downs on consigned clothing at LLM s discretion. You receive 50% of the final purchase price (60% if using your payment for in-store credit). Acceptable merchandise & pricing is at the discretion and expertise of LLM. At the end of your contract, unsold items can either be reclaimed within seven (7) days or they become the sole property of LLM. LLM reserves the right to sell at deeply discounted prices with all proceeds being retained; or to donate the items to a charitable organization of our choice. Consignors may retrieve their unsold items within seven (7) days after the consignment term expires. If a consignor requests LLM to pull the consignor s items, there is a fee of $10 per 20 items (or any portion thereof) to pull unsold inventory to be returned to the consignor. All items must be clean and in good condition. Cleaning and/or steaming fees may be assessed for those items accepted by LLM but which are in need of cleaning. The Consignor is responsible to contact LLM with any changes of address, phone, email, etc. Payment: As your items sell, you will develop store credit. Store credit may be used at any time during your contract. Store credit is paid at 60% (as compared to payment by check at 50%). A check for $25 or more in consignment fees will be processed on the 15th of each month. A check will be available for pick-up unless you inform us to mail the payment In the event of a mailed payment, a $2.00 charge for processing and mailing costs will be assessed and

deducted from your check. Amounts under $25 can be used as store credit or carried over to another month until your credit reaches $25 at which time you will be eligible for a consignment check to be issued on the 15th of the month. At the expiration of your consignment agreement, a check for your consignment balance will be processed for payment on the 15th of the month following the expiration of your consignment agreement. Unclaimed consignment checks are void after 90 days. If you have not picked up your check within 90 days, the check will be voided and all funds become the property of LLM. LLM will work proactively to sell and protect the consignor s merchandise. However, LLM is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise caused due to, but not limited to, fire, water, vandalism, theft, shop-lifting or negligent handling by customers. I have read the above and agree to the terms. I am consigning number of items. A detailed inventory of my items is attached. Please initial if you want us to pull your inventory at the end of your contract. A $10 fee for every 20 items (or portion thereof) will be assessed and deducted from consignments. If consignment payments are not sufficient to cover the cost of LLM pulling items, you will be required to pre-pay before items are pulled. Please initial if it is OK to donate your items that do not sell to a charity of our choice. Please initial if you would like your check (if your credit is $25 or greater) mailed on the 15th of every month; a $2.00 processing fee will be applied for all mailed checks. There is no processing fee for checks that are picked up at LLM. No monthly consignment checks will be processed for under $25; all amounts due under $25 may be used for in store credit. I certify that all items I am consigning are owned by me, are not stolen or being consigned in a fraudulent manner, and that I have the full legal right and authority to sell the consigned items. I will hold Little London Market and all of its related entities, agents, employees, officers and shareholders harmless from any claims to ownership of items that I have consigned. Signature Date You must present, and allow Little London Market to copy, a valid government issued ID in order to consign.

Consignment Tips for Clothing: Little London Market accepts women s fashion clothing & accessories, such as shoes, belts, purses, scarves, & jewelry. All items must be in excellent or like-new condition and free from damage. Clothing must be freshly laundered, pressed or dry cleaned; on hangers or neatly folded (fees will be charged for steam pressing). All items must be in fashion. All items must be current season or next season (e.g. items consigned in January should be winter into spring). All items must be odor free: no lingering smoke, mothball, or perfume smells (fees will be charged for deodorizing). Designer or quality name brand labels have the best potential to sell. Little London Market cannot accept: Bridal and Bridesmaids gowns Lingerie or swimwear Torn, dirty or damaged items Sizes larger than 16 Discount store clothing (i.e. Wal-Mart, K Mart, Target, Kohl s) Terms: Your consignment contract is for 90 days. Mark downs on consigned clothing will be taken at our discretion. You receive 50% of the final purchase price; 60% if taking in-store credit. The payout is based on the actual dollar value of the item when sold. Acceptable merchandise & pricing is at the discretion and expertise of Little London Market. Items may be reclaimed within seven (7) days following the end of your consignment contract. Unclaimed items become the sole property of Little London Market after 15 days. We reserve the right to sell, at deeply discounted prices, all unclaimed items. The proceeds from unclaimed items are retained 100% by Little London Market. Little London Market may donate unclaimed items to a charitable organization of our choice. The fee to return unsold items is $10 for every 20 items (if Little London Market collects your unsold items; there is no fee if you collet your unsold items). A tax donation receipt will be provided to you for your items donated to charity (if you have directed Little London Market to donate them to charity). Consignments are generally accepted Monday Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Consignments will be accepted at other times with a scheduled appointment. It is the Consignor s responsibility to contact Little London Market with any changes

in phone, email or mailing address. Payment: Store credit may be used at any time during your contract. A check for $25 or more will be processed on the 15th of each month for your consignment credit. Consignment credit of less than $25 will be carried forward to the next month. No checks for under $25 will be processed except at the end of the consignment agreement. Store credit will be given for amounts less than $25. Little London Market will do everything possible to sell or protect the consignor s merchandise. However, Little London Market is not responsible for loss or damage to merchandise caused due to fire, water, vandalism, theft, negligent handling by customers or other reasons. We expect our consignors to help promote our store with positive word of mouth; we are selling your items and need your positive promotion to maximize your return! Labels we like and that sell! HOW TO CONSIGN No appointment is necessary for clothing items! Drop in with 30 items per day during consignment hours (Monday Friday 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and at other times with a scheduled appointment). Please review the guidelines below. If you have any questions, please don t hesitate to call us for clarification. First time consignor? Great! Please read our INTAKE GUIDELINES. We recommend that you schedule a time to meet with us for your first consignment. When you come in, please fill out and sign the Consignment Agreement. If you have consigned before, you only need to complete the INTAKE FORM and attach it to your first and last item. If you have hanging clothes and/or a bag of shoes or purses, please fill out an intake form for the content of the bag as well. This will insure that your items do not get mixed up with other consignor s. INTAKE GUIDELINES Consigned clothing and accessories are taken on a seasonal schedule. Fall and Winter clothing accepted August through January. Spring and Summer clothing accepted February through July. All clothing shall be on hangers and freshly laundered, pressed and wrinkle free. Original labels must be present. We cannot accept clothing with stains, rips, missing buttons, inoperable zippers, alterations, pet hair, pilling, or odors (smoke, mothballs, or perfume). Items with defects found after item intake, will be donated without further notice. Little London Market sets the prices, (please share original purchase price if known for higher end items.) Our consignment period is 90 days from the day the item is priced and put on the sales floor. LLM staff reserves the right to reduce the sale price on any item during the consignment period. LLM is not responsible for loss by theft, fire, water damage, computer failure, or acts of nature. Items are left at consigner's risk. As items sell, money will accumulate in the consignor s account. The consignor receives 50% of the selling price at the end of the consignment period if requesting a check and receives 60% of the selling price if requesting in-store credit. Your instore account credit can be used for store purchases at any time. We greatly

appreciate your shopping in our store as well as consigning. If you would like any items that do not sell returned, you will have seven (7) days after the consignment period ends to come into the store and find the items on our racks (we will provide you a printout of unsold items). We can pull your items for a fee of $10 for every 20 items (or portion thereof) pulled. After seven (7) days, all items become the property of Little London Market and may be donated to charity or sold (with all proceeds being maintained by LLM) at our choosing.
