Pandey, Director, IMSEC, attended an International Symposium on Effective Academia Leadership Strategies a global perspective at SEGi University, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 12 th to 14 th December, 2013. Delegates including Management Representatives, Vice Chancellors, Directors, Principals and Functional Heads from various reputed technical and management institutions from India and Malaysia attended the Symposium. The objective of this symposium was to provide an exposure to globally effective leadership strategies to the academic leaders of 7
