Explore Additional Features Subscribe to blogs The RSS Feed will automatically update Outlook with the latest post from the favorite blogs The RSS Feed is located in the Folder List on the Navigation Bar Add a RSS for a blog Go to the blog spots on the web browser and look for the same orange icon as similar as the one in front of the RSS Feeds in the Folder List on the Navigation Bar Click on the RSS icon on the blog Copy the URL on the web browser address bar Right click on the RSS Feeds folders on the Navigation Bar and choose Add a New RSS Feed on the shortcut menu Last Edited: 2012-07-09 3

Delete a RSS blog folder Click on Mail icon on the Navigation Bar Right click on the RSS blog folder under the RSS Feeds folder on the Navigation Bar and choose Delete Folder Create and customize notes Create notes Click on the Notes icon on the Navigation Bar Go to Home tab New group click on New Note Last Edited: 2012-07-09 5
Enter the text in the note and click X on the top of the right side of the note to close when finish The note will appear in the Reading Pane Change the color of an individual note Select the note on the Reading Pane to change the color Go to Home tab Tag group click Categorize and select a desired color on the list Last Edited: 2012-07-09 6
Change the default notes settings Go to Home tab Options In Outlook Options dialog box, click on Notes and Journal select options under Note options to change the default notes setting Place the notes in Outlook on My Desktop Resize Outlook Window program a little smaller Drag and drop the note on My Desktop Double click on the note icon on the Desktop to open/edit the note Last Edited: 2012-07-09 7
Create and organize tasks Click on the Task icon on the Navigation Bar Go to Home tab New group New Task Enter the task information in fields in the Task Window If desired, click on Categorize in the Tags group to categorize the task Last Edited: 2012-07-09 8
