October 2011 grid connection date for 125MW. April 2012 grid connection date for 630MW. Community benefits package totalling 850,000 for the community in Graveney with Goodnestone. 10

Construction and Operations Base Temporary construction management base at the Port of Ramsgate complete by October 2010. New purpose built Operations and Maintenance facility at the Port of Ramsgate. Complete by summer 2011. New pontoon and existing fuel pumping facilities upgraded. Up to six service vessels, capable of reaching the wind farm in approx 1 hour. Up to 90 full time permanent staff running the site in the UK once operational. 18

Array Cables Array Cables 150mm 2 (33kV) and 500mm 2 3 core submarine cable. Array Cable Installation Cables loose laid and buried by jetting. All cables will be buried approximately 1.5m under the sea bed. 40

Export Cables Export Cables Four cables connect the offshore substations to the onshore substation at Cleve Hill. 54km from substation one and 52km from substation two. Export Cable Installation Cables laid and ploughed to burial depth approx 1.5-2m below the sea bed. Onshore the cable will be buried around 1-1.5m below ground level. 42
