Welcome to the online USGA CRP, www.usgacrp.org. Welcome to the CRP This program is primarily used for: - Calculating or updating golf course Ratings in accordance with the USGA Course Rating System - Furnishing Ratings to the USGA website for the course rating database and USGA Course Rating System License Agreement with the USGA - Printing Course Rating Team Forms, Club Certificates, and Association Reports - Processing Short Course data and reports System Requirements The program is optimized for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. The use of other browsers may work, but is not recommended. The ideal screen resolution for this program is 1024 x 768 pixels. To change this setting on most computers, go to the desktop, right click on the mouse, and select Screen Resolution or Properties, and modify the screen resolution. After changes have been made, select OK to save. Major updates since CRS Version 4 Data is Housed in One (online) Location and No Networking Required: No installation of the program is required, as the program and data is housed online. Users will log on to the program to create and update Ratings. No networking of the database is required to see the data among users of the program within the same association. Data is Automatically Backed up by the USGA: Since the data is being housed by the USGA, associations do not need to back up their data as the USGA will be responsible for maintaining this backup on a daily basis. Program Updates Automatically Incorporated: Users are always running the program with the most up-to-date programming code. When there are any enhancements/updates to the program, these will be made automatically within the program without any involvement by the user to run or check for an update. Update Ratings to the Web Instantly: With the data being online, the requirement to upload Ratings has been eliminated. This is one less step for the user who is responsible for publishing Ratings. Absolute Bogey Values Only: The program will only accept absolute values for both scratch and bogey, which is consistent with the requirement of the USGA Course Rating System. Tee Versions: When a new Rating is issued to a tee, the user creates a new Tee Version under the main tee, which can be activated at the discretion of the user. This is especially useful for the automatic transition of old to new Ratings or when an association needs to utilize a temporary Rating. Navigation Use only the linkable buttons within the program s pages to navigate from page to page. Internet browser Back or Forward buttons may work but are not designed for navigation within this program. The user will be prompted to save on a page, when changes have been made, and navigating away from the page using the buttons within the program to ensure changes are held. 2

Questions Technical Assistance: Email questions to crp@usga.org (also available via Help Contact Us in CRP) or call the USGA Handicap Department at 908-234-2300. Log In Page Authorized golf associations will be assigned a User Name and Password for the primary administrator (Admin). Additional users will need to be added by the administrator of the association. Go to www.usgacrp.org to enter login credentials and select Log In. If desired, remember to check where it states, Remember me next time to avoid having to re-entering these credentials each time. Users will be prompted to Log In if they have logged out of the program. To avoid entering the credentials each session, simply close the program at the end of a session (recommended on a personal computer only), and the next visit to the program will take the user into the program without having to enter these credentials. Users on public computers should select Logout on the top right of the screen after each session. Associations are encouraged to assign strong passwords with a mixture of letters, numbers, and special characters to avoid someone else using these credentials. Timeout Users are automatically logged out after 1 hour and 15 minutes of inactivity. Be sure to save work frequently and before any significant break from using the program. 3

Admin Users User s List The program has four user roles: Admin Reserved for the association administrator, as this role has the most privileges. This user is able to create, edit, and delete courses and tees as well as publish and Save and Finalize Ratings. Also the Admin can add or delete users within the association and manage team members under the Admin Team Members area. Author Able to create and edit both tees and courses and can recalculate Ratings (but not Save & Finalize). Editor Able to edit previously created courses and tees Reader Can only view association data (hole or summary level data) but cannot edit or create anything. Admins can navigate to Admin Users User s List to see a list of users within an association (see below). Only the role of Admin can create, edit, and delete/inactivate users. Contact the association administrator for additional information. The information needed to create a new user are User name and password (assigned by association), Email address, First Name, and Last Name. Then, a role is assigned to that user by the association Administrator (Admin, Author, Editor, or Reader) and it can be changed if needed. Team Members Only the association Administrator will see Admin in the menu bar. Navigate to Admin Team members to view a list of rating team members. New team members can be added by simply entering the Name field and selecting the Create New button. Edits to a team member can be made by selecting edit next to a team member s name. To delete a team member select the checkbox next to the team member(s) name and select the Delete button at the bottom of the column. Team members are assigned to ratings on the Course and Tee detail pages. 4

Association Above is a view of the association page. Only those with the role of Admin are able to edit this page. The association Admin is responsible for addressing permissions and roles of their users of this program within its association. The Association page is used for attaching a logo to be used for selected reports (see reports section). NOTE: The logo image can be no larger than 300x300 pixels in size and the logo should appear proportional to this size to look professional on the reports. Programs like Paint and Photoshop are useful for resizing logos contact the USGA Handicap Department with any questions. In addition, the association name, contact name, and title are also displayed on certain reports, so this information should be entered and updated as necessary. 5

The bottom portion of the association page defines user preferences when a new tee is created (gender, entry mode, course type, and tab order). These user preferences can be changed at any time, and any new tees generated thereafter will be defaulted to these settings. Select the Save button at the bottom of this page and a confirmation at the top of the page will appear The association was successfully updated. There are also men s and women s rating association fields to choose from when creating a club. This dropdown menu provides a list of all authorized golf associations using the program. The user s association will be defaulted as both the men s and women s rating association. If another association will be rating courses or tees for the opposite gender, select that association from the drop-down menu. This will disable the ability to rate tees for this gender, but make it easier for users to avoid the mistake of setting up a tee under the incorrect gender. NOTE: before creating a club, ensure the club doesn t already exist in CRP. If a Rating Association needs to be changed after the club was created and saved, contact the USGA Handicap Department, 908-234-2300. Clubs Selecting Clubs from the menu bar will take the user to a list of clubs. The total number of clubs listed for that association is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the clubs area. Searching clubs: To filter clubs from a specific golf association, select it from the Rating association field drop-down menu. The Club name field can be used to find a club. Type in a few characters of a club name (at least 3) and a list of club(s) that contain these characters will appear below to select from. To select a club using this option, use the down arrow key and press Enter on the keyboard or use the cursor to hover over a club name and left click on the mouse. The user can also just leave those few characters typed in and select Search Clubs to see that list. In addition, State, City, and Zip fields can be used to search for clubs. Selecting View All Clubs will display all clubs from every association. Select the club name below (in blue) in the grid to see its details. Create a new club: If a club isn t already in the program after searching for it, the Administrator can create it. Select Create a new club at the top left of the Clubs page, fill in the club info on the following page, and select the Save button at the bottom of the page. The Admin will then be prompted to answer if this club has one or multiple courses (see below). If Multiple Courses is selected, the Admin will be able to create multiple courses under that club (e.g., 27- or 36-hole club whereby courses have different names). Selecting Cancel will return to the club creation page. If a club subsequently adds a course (e.g., has just Club/Course A but adds Course B), a course can be added under the Course page, which will then allow changes to the first course name. 6

NOTE: To prevent duplicate club listings it is important to use the Tee Versions feature for old versions of tees and enter new versions of tees under the SAME club/course/tee. Call us if you have any questions. The Name, State, and City fields are required in addition to the Men s and Women s Rating association. Once the State has been selected from the drop-down menu, move to the City field. After entering the first three characters of the city s name, a drop-down list will appear of a city (or cities); make the appropriate city selection. The remaining fields are optional. NOTE: the user s rating association needs to be selected for the gender(s) pertinent to that association. The rating associations selected as preferences under Association will be listed as the default associations. The message at the bottom of the screen means that once the Admin selects another rating association for both genders that association will no longer be able to manage the club without contacting the USGA Handicap Department. Deleting a club: As clubs may be tied to another rating association, and to prevent duplicate clubs in the program, only the USGA Handicap Department can delete clubs. To delete a club, please contact the USGA Handicap Department at 908-234-2300. Courses On the Clubs page, each club will have a link to its course(s) by selecting the green arrow under the courses column (far right column) of that club. This will list the course(s) under this club. Select a course to see its details. 7

Create a new course: If a course isn t already in the program, an Admin or Author can create it. Select Create a new course at the top left of the Courses page, enter the data on the following page, and select the Save button at the bottom of the page. The required fields are Course Name, Date Rated, Effective Date, and Next Scheduled Rating Date. For all Date fields, utilize the calendar icon,, to the right of the field to ensure correct formatting is populated into these fields (format example: 01/01/2010). The remaining fields are optional and viewable only to that rating association. Available Team Members can be populated via the Team Members feature. For additional information, see the Admin section under Team Members. Next Scheduled Rating Date: This field was added to allow an association to enter a date that coincides with their normal re-rating schedule. This date was originally populated with a date that is 10 years from the current Effective Rating Date, but the association can modify it as needed for existing and new courses. Master Green Dimensions and Green Surface Values The green dimensions and green surface rating values for all tees can be entered at the bottom of this page. To apply it to a version of a tee, navigate to the hole-by-hole data page for this tee and click Copy Green Info on the front and back to pull this data from the course details page. After Save is selected, the user is taken to this page with the option to navigate to different pages: 8

Delete a course: Find the club and then select courses. A list of course(s) will populate. When there is more than one course, the Admin will be able to delete it by selecting the Delete icon,. The program will then prompt for a confirmation to delete this course. Select OK to confirm deletion. A user will not be able to delete the only course listed under a club. Contact the USGA Handicap Department if there is only one course within a club and it needs to be deleted. A quick link to Course Summary and Certification Poster reports are available on the course page: Merge or Split Courses The USGA Handicap Department is able to merge multiple courses into one, or split courses that may not have imported as anticipated or have been subsequently changed or been merged inadvertently. If applicable, please contact the USGA Handicap Department for assistance, as this function can only be performed by the USGA. Tees On the Courses page, each course will have a link to its tees by selecting the green arrow column. This will list the tee(s) under this course. Select a tee to see its details. under the Tees Create a new tee: Tees can be added after a course is added. Tees can also be created under the list of tees page. Select Create a new tee at the top left of the Tees page, enter the data on the following page, and select the Save button at the bottom of the page. NOTE: If rating for Altitude, this MUST be entered on the tee level. If entered on the course level, this value is defaulted for all tees created for that course but doesn t affect the tee level calculations for approach shots, EPL, etc. The Effective Playing Length correction for altitude is made for men and women scratch golfers and the male bogey golfer. Team Leader and selected team members are also carried over from what was selected on the course level (if selected) and can be edited. The gender, entry mode, holes, and tab order will default to the preferences made in the Association screen but can be edited. NOTE: An association rating for one gender will only be able to enter data and add tees for that gender. On the tees page, length for a tee is posted and there is a list of dates in relation to: C: Tee created; U: Tee updated; D: Data updated 9

Copy Info From Course In the Tee Info page, the Copy Info From Course button will copy the course details to a tee, eliminating the task of populating the details of every tee when rating a new course. The user can update the Course Page and copy that information to each relevant tee. Tee Versions: In the tee list, users will see a new column labeled View Versions. Initially there will be only one version of each tee based on the current active version. Then, as new versions are needed for re-rating, temporary ratings, etc., the user can create a new version of that tee while keeping the Tee ID intact. This will eliminate the need for the archive feature and allow an association to view and activate other ratings as needed. Under the Tee Versions screen, the year will be automatically assigned to the tee name to easily identify each version within this screen but the tee name itself for reporting and displaying outside the CRP will be listed without the year (it goes by main tee name, not version name). If your association has different versions that need to be housed under the same main tee, contact the USGA Handicap Department and we can work with you to merge these into the same main/primary tee. Copy tee In the Tees screen, an exact copy of a tee can be made. To copy a tee simply select the Copy icon,, for the tee to be copied. After icon is selected, the copied tee will be populated to the screen as tee name and copy in parenthesis after the tee name. The example below depicts Tee Test 1 being copied as Test 1 (copy). All the hole data will be carried over to the copied tee; however, it will not carry over the Ratings. NOTE: If you desire to keep the primary tee but copy a tee version that is handled under the Tee Versions page Publish to Web On the tees page, a Publish checkbox on the header row can be utilized to publish or unpublish all tees quickly. Click the checkbox in the header row to see this done and click Apply to hold these changes. The user can also quickly check/uncheck any tee individually and click Apply to save these changes. A message in red text will be returned near the top left, Publish tee list information is saved. NOTE: The publish status is important as it will affect whether a tee is suitable for publishing to the USGA website. IMPORTANT NOTE! To be displayed on the web, the following needs to occur: - Primary tee is published to web - Ratings for tee version are saved and finalized (final ratings appear on versions page) - Effective Rating Date for version is current (today s date or earlier) - A version is automatically activated if no version is checked based on Effective Rating Date. To override (e.g., temporary rating finished; now want to display original ratings) use the Make Active checkbox to override the Effective Rating Date trigger. NOTE: Two useful features of the Make Active checkbox can be used for overriding a version by Effective Rating Date or leaving unchecked and the most current version will display. For example: A course has modified a tee but only on a temporary basis and the association rerates it as a new version. The version of the tee will display as above until action is taken to go back to the original version (e.g., Blue 2010) once the temporary period ends and the make active checkbox can override the temporary version. The second is when an association needs Ratings to transition overnight from one version to the other. By meeting the criteria above, the Effective Rating Date will be the driver to the version s Ratings to display. If an association wants new Ratings to take place on Jan. 1, for example, set the version to 01/01/year. At midnight on Jan. 1 the program will immediately cease to display the previous version and go to displaying the most current version s Ratings on the USGA database. 10

Replicate tee In the Tees screen a set of tees can be replicated against another tee and between any versions of a tee. To replicate from a tee to another tee, select the Replicate From tee and then select the Replicate To tee (these tees must have been entered in Full 9/18 mode Summary mode is not eligible to utilize replication). Next select the Replicate button (next to Back to courses, bottom left of page). Holes that are within 25 yards for men and 20 yards for women will be replicated, and a message will return stating the holes that were replicated (holes not replicated will retain data). The replicate tee feature provides the ability to replicate a nine-hole tee to an 18-hole tee and vice versa. This is ideal for a nine-hole course that wants18-hole ratings playing one tee as the front nine and another as the back nine on the same nine-hole course. NOTE: Use the accordion feature to expand versions and use the functionality to replicate between any version of that course of the rating association. Delete a tee: In the Tees screen, select the Delete icon, selecting OK., confirm the deletion of that tee, and it will be removed after Swap Front and Back 9 In the tees screen a button has been added that will swap the front nine and back nine tee information for all tees and versions within the course. Clicking the button, Swap Front and Back 9, will switch the rating data from the front 9 to the back 9 and will update all reports without having to recalculate the ratings or create a new course. Associate Tee (Used for Combo Courses) In the Tee Version Information screen the Associate Tee function can be found at the bottom of the page. This function is designed to associate a newly-created version with a tee s version from another course within a club. For example, on a 27-hole club, if you have courses A-B, B-C, and A-C and are creating or editing a tee on the A-B course, you can use this function to associate the A nine from the A-B course with the A nine from the A-C course. This will allow any changes made for a tee on either A nine to carry through to the other A nine. In general, all combo courses should already be in the database. The preferred method for re-rating is to find the three sides (e.g., 27-hole club, most common) to re-rate (e.g., A-B and C of B-C above). Enter new versions to each side as 18-hole tees to each combo course. Re-rate the data in the first three sides. Then, use the Associate Tee feature to pull/point the data from where it was entered to other three sides to avoid duplicate data entry. NOTE: This function should only be needed when creating a new combo course or adding a new tee to an already-created combo course. IMPORTANT NOTE! Since combo courses are rare and the process is nonstandard from traditional data entry, associations are encouraged to contact the USGA Handicap Department for assistance prior to using this function. 11

Short Courses A short course is, in general, less than 3,000 yards for 18 holes or 1,500 for nine and has no bogey obstacle values but could be any number of holes. A short course tee can be entered in full mode (hole-by-hole) only. Select short course as Yes when initially setting up a tee and follow the prompts. See The USGA Course Rating System for a more complete explanation of a short course. For a full 9 or 18-hole tee, if the yardage is less than 1,500 yards for nine holes it will prompt to ensure it is not a short course. Edit/View Hole Data Depending on whether the tee was entered as a full or summary tee, the display will be different. Full entry displays a grid appearance for data entry, similar to a Form 1, whereas summary entry is also a grid but displays only the front-nine and back- nine totals only (with no entry on the 18-hole totals permitted). After a tee has been created, navigate to the Edit/View Hole Data page. Put the cursor in the first cell of the grid and start data entry (the current location of where the user is on the screen for entering data is highlighted in yellow for easier navigation). In the full mode, tab, enter, and arrow keys are enabled to navigate from cell to cell within the grid. To override an Effective Green Diameter, see the bottom of the column (e.g., used circle concept and want to override formula used to calculate EDG). In addition, there is an auto advance feature in full mode, but only for nine obstacles: Topography down to Green Surface (Psych is auto calculated based on these obstacles). As soon as a value of 0 to 10 is entered (it will auto advance on a zero, to populate a 10, press the minus key), the cell automatically advances to the next cell on the grid in accordance with the tab order selected for that tee. NOTE: The tab order can be changed on the fly on this page but data must be saved before clicking Across/Down. The current tab order is highlighted and bolded in blue. Validation is performed for values entered only when they EXCEED the maximum (e.g., above 10 for an obstacle factor) and when the minimum is not met on Green Target and Green Surface. Cells will highlight in yellow after clicking save if values entered are not valid. The program will generate a validation screen at the top of the page describing what needs to be corrected. Failure to correct these errors will result in any incorrect data not being saved when navigating away from this page. Additional Notes: - Par is auto populated based on hole length using the guidelines in the USGA Course Rating System. It can be changed by the user at any time (only impacts weighting on Form 2 when changed from a Par 3 to 4/5 or vice versa). - Green to Tee (yds.), Halfway House, and Carts on Fairway, are optional fields for the Pace Rating Report for hole-by-hole tee ratings and are encouraged to be issued for every course. - Exclude Altitude Adj. pertains only to tees that are rated with the altitude adjustment (2,000 ft. and greater). Duplicate Tee This can only be done for tees entered in full mode only, not summary. Navigate to the Front button. When all data has been entered for the front nine, that exact data can be copied to the back by selecting Duplicate Tee. Be sure that no data is on the back nine as Duplicate Tee overwrites any data on the back nine with the data from the front nine. The user will be prompted when clicking the duplicate tee button to confirm prior to overwriting the front nine to the back. 12

View Rating After data has been fully entered on the holes screen, select the Save and then the View Rating button. The View Rating page will display (see below). These ratings have run through the formula but are not finalized until the Save and Finalize Ratings button is selected. If any adjustments need to be made, do so before selecting this button. A manual adjustment to Slope Rating is allowed, but not recommended. The user should adjust the USGA Course Rating or Bogey Rating for each nine, which will also adjust the Slope Rating automatically and calculations will match the correct math. A direct adjustment can be made to Slope Rating if the desired the Slope Rating cannot be attained using the adjustments to the USGA Course Rating and/or Bogey Rating (e.g., men s nine-hole Slope Rating of 120). IMPORTANT NOTE! If any changes have been made to a tee s version hole data since the last Save and Finalize Ratings, select the Recalculate button to see the results of these hole data changes. For these changes to take effect, the Save and Finalize button must be selected, as until they are finalized, the previously calculated Ratings will be considered the current Ratings. Recalculate sets any adjustments to zero and runs the calculation purely on the hole data, so if the desire is to make any new adjustments, do so before they are finalized. Once the Save and Finalize Ratings button is selected, the new Ratings will be listed for any reporting and the USGA website. The Form 2 and 3 reports are calculated as data is entered and saved. Reports Select Reports from the menu bar. A list-box of reports is displayed on the left margin. Select a report and any options for that report will appear to the right of the screen. The report list is displayed in the order of most common use. If the report is course specific, a drop down list-box of the courses will appear. Scroll down to find the desired course, or put the cursor in this field and type the first few characters of the course name, and it will filter the list just to courses that match. After the report selections have been made select the Run Report button. The default view of each report will be in PDF format. The report can be exported to the following formats for the association to save and edit as it desires: PDF, HTML, RTF, XLS, TXT, and TIFF. However, PDF is the preferred format as it provides the formatting in which the report was designed. Following is a brief description of each report: 13

Certification Poster This report is available for Ratings that have been finalized (see View Rating section), and is designed as a report that can be provided to a club listing the final Ratings for all tees on one page. The report can be run for men, women, or both genders as applicable. The report includes: association logo (see Association section), club name, course name, association name, contact name, title, Effective Rating Date, explanation of key definitions, tee name, length (optional, recommended), gender, and final Ratings (total, front, and back nine). Course Handicap Table This report is available for Ratings that have been finalized (see View Rating section), and is designed as a report that can be provided to a club to display the conversion of a Handicap Index to a Course Handicap based on the Slope Rating of the tees being played. It includes: association logo (see Association section), association name, club name, gender, course name, tee name, final Ratings (front, back, or total sort option), Bogey Rating (optional, but recommended), and a Handicap Index range and corresponding Course Handicap whole number conversion relevant to the Slope Rating of the tees queried. Instructions for individuals using this report are provided at the bottom of the report. Course Measurements This report displays the measured yardage of each hole for the selected set of tees (this report is only available if data was entered hole-by-hole). The user has the ability to select multiple sets of tees by holding down the Ctrl or Shift key on the keyboard while clicking the desired set of tees. Clicking the Run Report button will generate one continuous report including all tees selected. The user must have at least one tee selected for the Run Report button to populate. Form 1 This report is designed to be printed and used for the on-course rating. It directly ties to data entered in the Edit/View Hole Data and Course page. Three options are available for this report: Blank, Worksheet, and With Data. The Blank option would be used if there is no data obtained prior to the rating, or can be used for rating training purposes. The Worksheet option is also an on-course rating sheet, which can provide preliminary information to help save time in the rating process by providing length, par, green width/depth/diameters, and approach shot lengths if these values have been entered in the hole data screen. The With Data option displays all hole data information that has been entered in full mode. Note that there is an X in cells that are not acceptable for data entry (i.e., scratch Roll or Dogleg/Forced Lay Up on a par 3, and Fairway for both golfers on a par-3 hole). In general, the left column relates to data that is entered in the course page to identify the rating, tee, team leader, members, narrator, notes, grass type, Stimpmeter speed, Rough Height, Altitude, and also included are the average shot length distances (by related gender). Also, Date Rated can be omitted if unknown at time of printing report and furnishing to a rating team for population later. Transition holes are listed with a Z next to the approach shot with the yardage for a hole is in Transition. Form 2 This report displays obstacle totals for scratch and bogey, as well as the weighting applied to each obstacle. It also lists the formula to determine the obstacle stroke values for both the scratch and bogey golfer. The report lists the front nine information on page one and the back nine information on page two. The 18-hole totals are listed at the bottom of page two. The Form 2 report is calculated on the fly, meaning that as data is entered and saved at the hole level it automatically updates this report, not necessarily based on the View Rating page. Form 3 This report displays Effective Playing Length, Yardage Rating, and USGA Course Rating and Slope Rating calculated values (men displayed as Form 3, women as Form 3W at the top of the report). Note that this report displays the unadjusted USGA Course Rating, Slope Rating, and Bogey Rating. Any manual adjustments made in the View Rating screen will not be listed as those are not calculated values. The report displays the front nine information on page one and the back nine information on page two. The 18-hole totals are listed at 14

the bottom of page two. The Form 3 report is calculated on the fly, meaning that as data is entered and saved at the hole level it automatically updates this report. Course Summary This report provides a one-page summary of any tees listed under the selected course. Certain information entered on the course page is displayed on this report followed by tee information. Course information listed includes: Effective Date, Date Rated, Previous Rating Date, Altitude, Stimpmeter Reading, Rough Height, Grass Type, Rating Team Leader, Narrator, Team Members, Reason, and Notes (optional). Tee Information includes: Tee Name, and broken down by nine (if an 18-hole tee), # Par 4/5 Holes, Measured Length, and for both scratch and bogey the following Effective Playing Length, Yardage Ratings, Obstacle Stroke Values, USGA Course Rating and Slope Rating (calculated and final-adjusted values). Choosing the Select Specific Tees option/checkbox allows the user to run the report for selected tees; leaving the checkbox unchecked runs the report for all active tees. Tee Summary This report provides a one-page summary of a single tee of a selected course. Certain information entered on the course page is also displayed on this report followed by tee information. Course information includes: Effective Date, Date Rated, Previous Rating Date, Stimpmeter Reading, Rough Height, Grass Type, Altitude, Rating Team Leader, Narrator, Team Members, Reason, and Notes (optional). Tee Information includes a summary of EPL and obstacle data for each nine and the total 18, as well as Yardage Ratings, Obstacle Stroke Values, Calculated Ratings, and Final (Adjusted) Ratings. All Ratings Report This is the most comprehensive of all reports as it includes all clubs, courses, and tees of an association. There are several sorting options: All Tees, Published Tees, and Unpublished Tees. Other sorting options are (Club, Courses, Tees), Effective Rating Date (or replace with Scheduled Rating Date), USGA Course Rating, Slope Rating, and Measured Length, in ascending or descending order, along with selecting to run for men or women as applicable. The report also displays each tees publish to web status and has the ability to show ratings that have been adjusted, denoted by an asterisk next to the nine and 18-hole Ratings. Pace of Play This report should be furnished to a golf club for every rating and provides a breakdown of time par per hole (rounded to the nearest minute) for the Front 9, Back 9, and Full 18 holes for a specific tee. It lists: the association logo (see Association section), association name, club name, course name, gender, tee name, Hole number and time par, and a Front 9, Back 9, and Total 18 (if an 18-hole tee) USGA Pace Rating. A blank Pace Rating report is also available if the values need to be manually written in by the association and provided to the club. Predicted Score This report displays the predicted score trendline for a selected tee. The charted trendline in the report connects the predicted score of the scratch golfer (USGA Course Rating) with the predicted score of a bogey golfer (Bogey Rating). The predicted score report includes the association logo (see Association section), association name, club name, course name (if different than club), gender, tee name, and a graph depicting a line between the scratch and bogey golfer, which includes any Handicap Index falling between the two. This report can show that both the USGA Course Rating and Bogey Rating are important to relate to the difficulty of the course for the non-scratch golfer, which also includes the Ratings for the tee at the bottom of the report. 15
