LEARNING OUTCOMES: Upon completion of the course, the student will produce a webpage using the following: Use Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 to develop websites for desktop, tablets, and mobile devices, using HTML5 and CSS3. Develop a website using recommended design practices. Create documents reflecting website plan. Use advanced techniques in web site design, usability, and accessibility to create a web-site with a consistent look and feel throughout all web pages on the site. Provide advanced site management including: Publishing, testing, Updating, And Validating. Create Workflow reports for change management purposes. Create HTML reports to analyze the site for potential errors/problems. II. ASSIGNMENTS: The Mid-Term Published Site and the Final Published Site must be published (ftp d) to the student s site on the class web server. The Web Project documents must be attached to the appropriate link in Blackboard. The student will ftp their work to: ftp:student.germanna.edu. The student will view their work at: http://student.germanna.edu/yourlogonid. The student s home page must be named: index.htm. Students will be notified of their logon id and password. Late Work will be downgraded 2 letter grades for each week late. No late work will be accepted after the second late week. Assignments and Due Dates are listed on the Course Schedule below.
