Pawan Hans a premiere helicopter company and largest operator in India, would be launching their helicopter services for Joy Ride in GOA, connecting the hinterland, coastal area and other prominent tourist spots. The said operation will be done through a state of the art helicopter, Bell-206 which will carry 5 passengers from Fort Aguada to Dhoot Sagar from 26th January 2016. In a move to promote Goa as a more attractive tourist destination, the Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC) is revamping the tourists paradise. Helicopter services are expected to give boost to tourism in the state which will be one of the few states in the country to operate such a service for tourists, thereby promoting high-end adventure tourism. The company plans to portray Goa as a monsoon wedding, festival tourism destinations, etc... Pawan Hans can also help Goa Police for regular patrolling on the beach for safety of women. With this venture, GTDC can expect a 10 per cent growth in revenues through tourism this financial year.

Operation Plan Pawan Hans will operate Joy Rides Flights on daily basis from 1000 Hrs to 1630 Hrs including break for Refueling & Lunch. Flights will be operated as per following Schedule. Safety of Operations All Safety Norm for Passenger Helicopter Operations shall be followed strictly in line with DGCA guidelines. All Safety measures for maintenance of Helicopter will be followed as per DGCA guidelines and Manufacturer. Frisking of Passengers will be done at the Helipads before boarding the Flight. For Safety reasons no Baggage will be allowed in the Flight. All other guidelines as prescribed by GTDC will be followed to ensure the Safety of Operations.

Terms & Conditions for Joy Ride in GOA 1. Passenger`s are requested to report 45 minutes before the departure. 2. In case, if passengers are less than 04 persons, the passenger will be adjusted in the next available schedule and will be intimated accordingly. 3. All passengers must carry Government approved Photo ID proof in original for verification at the time of Checking / Boarding, for International tourist (Foreigners) passport in original is required. In case of non availability of valid ID proof in original passengers will not be allowed to board and no refund will be permissible. 4. Child below 2 years will be allowed to travel free of charge on providing proof of age, more than 2 year age will be charged full fare. 5. Whereas efforts will be made to accommodate passengers in their own group but this is not always possible as we need to make weight adjustment in preparing of passenger load or accommodate priority seats. 6. The Company reserves to itself the right, without assigning any reason, to cancel or delay the commencement or continuance of the flight or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without thereby incurring any liability in damages or otherwise to the passengers or any other person on any ground whatsoever. The Company also reserves to itself the right to refuse to carry any person whom it considers unfit to travel or who in the opinion of the Company may constitute a risk to the aircraft or to the persons on board. 7. If at any stage it is found that the aircraft with the booked passengers is overloaded the company will have the right to decide which passenger shall be offloaded and such decision shall be binding on all passengers. 8. In the event of death of a passenger, or any bodily or wound suffered by a passenger which results in permanent disablement incapacitating him from engaging in or being occupied with his usual duties or business occupation, the liability of the carrier for each passenger shall be upto INR RS. 20,00,000 (Twenty Lakhs only) 9. Baggage / Eatables / Mobile phone / Camera will not be allowed in the helicopter. 10. Advance booking passengers will have priority over spot booked passengers. Ticket is not transferable. 11. This travel document is issued by the Company shall be subject to the rules of cancellation per passenger as follows: 1. 0 to 59 minutes No refund 2. 60 minutes to 23.59 Hours before flight 50% Refund, after deducting the credit/debit card transaction fees as actually charged by the bank 3. 24 Hours to 47.59 Hours before flight 70% Refund, after deducting the credit/debit card transaction fees as actually charged by the bank 100% Refund after deducting the credit/debit card 4. 48 Hours or more before flight transaction fees as actually charged by the bank and administration charges of Rs. 500/- 5. Flight cancellation by Pawan Hans Ltd. Full refund, after deducting the credit/debit card transaction fees as actually charged by the bank 6. No show by passenger No refund 12. Transaction fee of 2% will be charged in case booking through credit / debit card and no refund will be made of transaction fee in case payment is made through Credit / debit Card.

13. Pawan Hans reserves the right to cancel or delay its flight under circumstances beyond its control for example bad weather conditions, technical defects and government regulations/orders/requirements etc. The liability of Pawan Hans in such event shall be limited to full refund of the fare amount. 14. PHL Services in Mumbai shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India, for any dispute or litigation the courts of Mumbai will only have the jurisdiction. 15. Any disputes regarding the said flight subject to Mumbai jurisdiction. Note:- a. Please follow the safety instructions given at the helipad. b. For safe helicopter flying it is imperative that weight restriction parameters are adhered to, Pawan Hans Limited, request the passengers to cooperate with its staff in this regard. Our Fare `3200/- (Rupees Three thousand Two Hundred only) all inclusive for 10 minutes chargeable i.e. `320/minute/pax ( Free of cost for children below 2 years with proof of Age). Break up of Fare `3024 + Service Tax `176/- = Total `3200/-
