1 Terms and Conditions 1. E-Permit is only for Gir Jungle Trail and Devaliya Safari Park Visit. 2. The print out of E-permit must be brought at the time of reporting of Gir Jungle 3. For Gir Jungle Trail Visit along with original Identity proof with each and every person should be present during the Booking time/reporting time. 4. For Devalia Safari Park one person s Id must be carry during the safari visit. 5. For FOREIGNERS, only Passport is allowed as an Identity proof. 6. In one E-permit maximum 6 (+1*-Child) persons will be allowed to visit Gir Jungle Trail for a single slot on a particular route. Child age must be between 3 to 12 years. For Devaliya Safari Park an individual can book maximum limit for a particular period of time/ slot. 7. Devaliya Safari park will remain closed on every Wednesday 8. An individual can book a maximum of one Gir Jungle Trail E-permit at a time for a single slot. 9. Slight changes in visit time may be done by authority due to Weather/Seasonal/unavoidable changes. At earliest a person can apply E-Permit 3 months before and at most 48 hours prior to date of Gir Jungle Trail/ Devaliya Safari Park visit. 12. There will be "NO REFUND" for cancellation of E-permit of Forest Visit/Devaliya safari park. 13. If in case where a financial transactions is successful but e-permit did not issued due to Site response/failure then refund will be made within business days. 14. For Devaliya Safari Park Visit E-booking tourist should mention arrival time. 15. Normal Days (Mon-Fri)/ Sat-Sun/ Festival day's rates will be applicable for Gir Jungle Trail Visit/Devaliya Safari Park as per terms. E-Permit will be cancelled in case of late arrival i.e. 30 minutes of scheduled departure of Gir Jungle Trail. No refund will be entertained in such cases. Guide Service Guide will be mandatory for Gir Jungle Trail and those are available locally at Reception centre, Sasan-Gir. Camera Fee (If applicable)

4 Vehicle Service Vehicle (Gypsy) is locally available at Reception Center Sasan-Gir. 2. At the time of booking original Identity card number and type should be provided for each and every person. 3. Bookings with incomplete or incorrect ID proof will be considered invalid. No Gir Jungle Trail/Devaliya Park visit will be permitted against such bookings and no refund will be made. Ids should be State/Central Govt authorized. For Foreign tourists Passport is required. 4. At the time of Gir Jungle Trail/Devaliya Park visit, presenting the original ID (Same as given in e-permit) is compulsory. Without the original ID, visit will not be allowed. 5. Route and other information of Gir Jungle Trail will be provided on the basis of permit numbers on reporting time at Reception centre, Sasan-Gir. 6. There will be no change in particular route on demand of tourists. 7. All disputes subject to the Junagadh jurisdiction only. Services NOT Offered Issue of duplicate permit tickets for lost, mutilated or torn tickets. Bulk booking over 6 persons at Gir Jungle Trail.

5 Other Terms & Conditions Gujarat State Lion Conservation Society (GSLCS) is pleased to be able to offer you the convenience of making secured online payments. Please be advised that making an online payment does not immediately change any disposition related to your application. Any payment made after normal business hours will not be posted until the next 2-3 business days. We reserve the right to decline the acceptance of an online payment if your account is in default for any reason. While making e-payment if receipt page is not generated / shown due to connectivity or technical problem, please check your bank account for debit and then proceed for next e-payment. GSLCS may also make additions/deletions to the services offered, at its sole discretion. GSLCS reserves the right to withdraw the service at any time at its discretion. GSLCS retains the right to change the terms and conditions for Online Payments, without any prior notice. FEES The Applicant agrees to pay applicable service charges to the GSLCS for online payment Services, from time to time, and all statutory dues including service tax (any cess thereon), stamp duty, etc payable in respect of these terms & conditions or any other deeds or documents to be executed in pursuance hereof shall be borne and paid solely by the Applicant. The GSLCS reserves the right to amend the Service Charges and/or any other charges from time to time without any notice. Please note that after the finalization of the tour/service cost, if there are any hikes in entrance fees of forest visit, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges by the Govt of India and/or Govt. Of Gujarat, the same would be charged as extra.

6 SEVERABILITY If any provision(s) of these terms & conditions shall be held to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining portions of these Terms & Conditions shall not be affected. GOVERNING LAW These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and each of the parties hereby submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Junagadh.
