CENGİZ EROLDU* Member of Board of Directors-CEO Cengiz Eroldu graduated in 1988 from the Business Administration Faculty of Istanbul University and completed the MBA program at LUISS University in Rome in 1995. He began his career as an Audit Specialist at Koç Holding in 1989. He was appointed to the position of Assistant Accounting and Industrial Governance Manager for Tofaş in 1995, and carried out his duties in the Accounting and Industrial Governance Directorate and the Budget and Governance Directorate between 2001-2008, and in the Finance Directorate between 2008-2015. On January 14, 2015, he became a Member of the Tofaş Board of Directors and was appointed as CEO. He continues his involvement in the Finance Directorate on a temporary basis. KAMİL BAŞARAN** CEO Kamil Başaran obtained a B.A. from the Ankara Government State Architecture & Engineering Academy, Mechanical Engineering department in 1979 and a Master s degree from the Cologne University s Applied Science Fachhochschule, Engineering Construction Department in 1983. After serving at Germany s KHD Company until 1984, he returned to Turkey and began working at Tofaş. Serving at various management levels of production and manufacturing during from 1984 to 1995, he was Lean Production Manager from 1995 to 1999, when he began as Doblo Product Development Platform Manager until 2001 and Purchasing Director until 2004. He was appointed to the International Organization of Fiat, located in Italy, in 2004 and served as Supplier Development and Cost Management Director in Italy. From 2007 and November 2011, he served as CEO in Martur A.Ş. and Fompak A.Ş. which are automotive subsidiary companies. From February 2012 to January 13, 2015, he served as CEO for Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. AKIN AYDEMİR Industrial Operations Director Akın Aydemir graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University and holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (USA). He began his career as an engineer at Olmuksa in 1988. He served as Assistant Manager for Body Manufacturing at Toyota S.A. from 1990 to 1996. In 1997, he became Production Manager at Honda and was appointed Engineering Manager at Honda Canada in 1999. In 2001, he started at the RWD Company in the United States and worked as a consultant in Lean Production for Ford, Chrysler, and GM until 2003. At that time, he became the Lean Production Manager at Gates. From 2005, he ran lean production applications in Alcoa s European plants and joined CNH Canada, within the Fiat Group, in 2009. Since 2010, he has been the Industrial Operations Director at Tofaş. OKAN BAŞ Fiat Business Unit Director Okan Baş graduated from Boğaziçi University s Mechanical Engineering Department in 1984, and completed the MSci program at Clemson University (USA). He began his career as a Mechanical Engineer at Tofaş, rising through the ranks to Mechanical Workshop Chief, Body Production Manager, Powertrain Manager, After Sales and Spare Part Director. He has managed projects such as Doblo and Minicargo. TOFAŞ ANNUAL REPORT 2014 FILIPPO SESSIA R&D Director Filippo Sessia graduated from Politecnico di Torino University department of Mechanical Engineering in 1996. He began his career at the Fiat Research Centre s Vehicle Architecture department where he also managed a research project on structural behavior. In 1999, he moved to Body Components at Fiat Auto where he was responsible for all external components of the Fiat/Alfa Romeo/Lancia vehicles. In 2009, he returned to the Fiat Research Centre, where he was responsible for Vehicle Architecture and technical functions. Since 2012, he has been serving as R&D Director at Tofaş. ALTAN AYTAÇ After Sales and Spare Parts Director Altan Aytaç graduated from the Industrial Engineering Department of Boğaziçi University and completed the EMBA Master s program at Koç University in 1992. He began his career at Tofaş Auto Trading, in the first logistics department and later served in the commercial field. He also served as Manager of the CBU (Completed Vehicle) Logistics Department. After completing production, integration, and simplification projects in the field of external logistics, he was appointed Commercial Projects Coordinator in 2003, Fiat Brand Manager in 2004, and Business Unit Director Turkey for the Alfa Romeo and Lancia brands in 2006. In 2008, he was appointed Tofaş s Supply Chain Director, and in January 2015 as After Sales and Spare Parts Director. BURHAN ÇAKIR Human Resources Director Burhan Çakır graduated from Middle East Technical University Mechanical Engineering in 1986. He began his career in 1989 as an Engineer in Pressing Production at Tofaş. From 1993 to 2004, he served as Press Workshop Manager, Body Production Unit Manager, Part Export Department Manager and Industrial Control Manager. He has served as Human Resources Director at Tofaş since 2004. ARZU ÇOLAKOĞLU Corporate Communications Director Arzu Çolakoğlu holds a degree in Economics (English) from Istanbul University. She began her career as a planning specialist at Doğuş Automotive Service and Trading in 1995. Between 1998 and 2003, she served as Planning and Logistics Manager and VW Commercial Vehicle Marketing Manager. From 2003 to 2004, she took on the duty of Regional Director at Doğuş Auto Marketing. Appointed as Alfa Romeo Brand Manager in Tofaş Türk Otomobil Fabrikası A.Ş. in 2005, she continued as Business Unit Director of Alfa Romeo and Lancia in 2008. Since 2012, she has been serving as Corporate Communications Director at Tofaş. 33
ENRICO GOBETTO Product Engineering Director Enrico Gobetto obtained his Master s degree at Politecnico di Torino University, Mechanical Engineering in 1993. He has undertaken various duties within Fiat Group Automobiles since 1994. He spent the first part of his career directing the innovation project at the Fiat Research Centre, responsible for the Advanced Level Design of the Alfa Romeo Mito model. He served as FGA-Chrysler Vehicle Innovation Manager at the Fiat Research Centre. Since 2013, he has been serving as Product Engineering Director at Tofaş. MAHMUT KARACAN Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Jeep Business Unit Director Mahmut Karacan graduated from Çukurova University, Business Administration Department, and started his professional career as Logistics Expert in Çitasad A.Ş. in 1995. From 1996 to 2000, he was responsible for sales and marketing activities. In 1997, he raced in the Good Year Off-Road Cup. Between 2000 and 2012, he was responsible for Sales Marketing operations at Daimler-Chrysler. From 2000 to 2012, he was responsible for Sales and Purchasing in Daimler Chrysler, and he founded Chrysler, Jeep Dodge Academy in 2003. He has been serving as Sales and After Sales Services Business Unit Director for Lancia, Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands since 2013. MEHMET HAKAN KORKMAZ Information and Communication Technologies Director Mehmet Hakan Korkmaz graduated from the Control and Computer Engineering Department of Istanbul Technical University and completed his Master s degree in Michigan State University, Electrical Engineering. He began his career as Process Control Engineer in Ereğli Demir Çelik Factory in 1992 and subsequently served as Information Technologies Manager in the AKSA Acrylic Chemistry Industry and Commerce following his duties as Project Leader in Karma International and General Director in Connectus Software. Appointed as Information and Communication Technologies Director in Akkök Industry and Development Company in 2005, in 2007, he was appointed General Manager of Industry and Trade at Aktek Information Communication Technology, which belongs to the same group. Since 2012, he has served as Information and Communication Technologies Director at Tofaş. YÜKSEL ÖZTÜRK Purchasing Director Yüksel Öztürk graduated from Uludağ University Mechanical Engineering Department in 1991. He began his career as Product Development Engineer at Tofaş in 1993. Between 2001-2005 he was appointed as Direct Material Electronic Manager and Direct Material Electronic Manager. Since 2005, he has been serving as Purchasing Director. 34

He served as Human Resources Expert at Fruehauf from 1997, becoming the Human Resources Manager in 1999. He joined Otokoç as Human Resources Manager in 2001, and between 2003 and 2005 served as the Antalya Branch Manager and Birmot Zincirlikuyu Branch Manager of Otokoç. Between 2005 and 2011, he was the Birmot Assistant Operational General Manager, and since 2011 he has been serving as Sales Director for Tofaş. İBRAHİM ÇAĞLAR ŞAHİN Projects Director İbrahim Çağlar Şahin graduated from the Mechanical Engineering Department of Uludağ University in 1983 and obtained a Master s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986. From 1983 to 1985, he carried out his thesis studies as a Research Employee at METU. Between 1989 and 1993, he served as a Method Engineer at Tofaş. From 1993 to 2013, he was Suspension Production Manager, Transmission and Suspension Unit Manager, Powertrain Plant Manager, Powertrain Production Manager, Minicargo Project Director, Quality Director, and R&D Product Engineering Director. Since 2013, he has been serving as Projects Director. ZEKİ ERDAL ŞİMŞEK Quality Director Zeki Erdal Şimşek graduated as an Aeronautics Engineer from the Aeronautics and Space Sciences faculty of Istanbul Technical University in 1987 and completed the Business Administration Master s Program at Istanbul University in 1989. In 1990, he began his career as a Project Engineer at Tofaş, and after 11 years service, was appointed as Plant Manager at the Fiat automobile plant in Cairo. Returning to Tofaş in 2003, he served as a manager in different departments before becoming Quality Director. RECEP TEMİZESEN Production Director Recep Temizesen graduated from the Mechanical Engineering department of Middle East Technical University. He began his career as a Press Product Process Specialist at Tofaş in 1992, and consequently served as Press Product Process Section Manager, Press Engineering Manager, and Press Production Manager. He was Assembly Production Manager from 2010 to 2015, and was appointed Production Director in January 2015. ONUR YALÇIN Supply Chain Director Onur Yalçın received his undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Middle East technical University in 1991 and his Master s in Operational and Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University (USA) in 1993. Since joining Tofaş as an Industrial Engineering Specialist in 1993, he has served as Production Planning Manager, Order Manager, Logistics Manager, and External Logistics Manager. He was appointed Supply Chain Director in January 2015. 35
SENIOR MANAGERS WHO HAVE RETIRED AS OF DECEMBER 31, 2014 SELÇUK ÖNCER Corporate Affairs and Internal Audit Director Selçuk Öncer graduated from Marmara University Istanbul Academy of Finance and Commerce, Political Sciences-Administration in 1973. He began his career in 1970 at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası and was transferred to Tofaş in 1973. He served as Officer in Financing, Budget, Statistics and Current Account, and later as Accountancy Chief, Accountancy Manager, Assistant General Manager-Accountancy, Accountancy Director, Corporate Affairs and Internal Auditing Director, respectively. He retired on December 31, 2014. He continues to work with Tofaş as a consultant. AHMET NUMAN ALTEKİN Strategic Management and Business Development & Cost Competitiveness Director Ahmet Numan Altekin graduated from Sheffield University Material Technology Department, Metallurgical Engineering. He completed his Master s in Quality Management at Qualital/Pisa University in 1991 and began his career as Smelting Engineer at the Etibank Ergani Copper Plant in 1976 before starting at Tofaş as Quality Manager in 1981. He carried out various duties at different grades in the Quality Department and went to work as Quality Manager at the Fiat Cassino Plant in 2005. He later served as Product Projects Director in R&D and as Technological Research and Innovation Director at Tofaş. He served as Strategic Management and Business Development Director and Cost Competiveness Director until the end of 2014 when he retired, but he continues to provide consultancy for Tofaş. MEHMET OSMAN SOYOĞUL Production Director Mehmet Osman Soyoğul graduated from the Mechanical Faculty of Istanbul Technical University in 1978 and began his career as an engineer in Tofaş s Production Directorate in that same year. From 1982 to 2003, he served as Press Workshop Manager, Production Assistant Manager, Mounting Production Department Manager and Production Manager. From 2003 to 2014, he served as Production Director at Tofaş, and retired on December 31, 2014. TURHAN ÇELTİKÇİOĞLU After Sales and Spare Parts Director Turhan Çeltikçioğlu graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Mechanical Engineering Department in 1987 and in 1992 completed his Master s degree at the Automotive Department in the same university. He began his career as Guarantee and Method Engineer at Tofaş in 1990. Later on, he successively conducted various duties such as Dealer Development Manager, Regional Coordinatorship and Technical Manager. He served as After Sales and Spare Parts Director from 2006 until his retirement on December 31, 2014. 36
