UEFA Futsal Cup 2012/13 DRAW PROCEDURE & COEFFICIENT RANKING

Date: Wednesday, 4 July 2012 UEFA Futsal Cup 2012/13 Preliminary & Main Round Draw Procedure Time: Location: 14.00 hours CET UEFA Headquarters, Nyon Match dates: Preliminary Round: 7-12 August 2012 Main Round: 4-9 September 2012 Preliminary Round The Preliminary Round consists of 27 clubs. The clubs enter the competition according to their coefficient ranking and therefore, the clubs ranked 22 to 48 enter the competition in this round and are drawn into 6 groups of 4 teams, plus one group composed of 3 teams. Teams are allocated in Group A to G, with one group composed of 3 teams and their position in the group is determined by their coefficient ranking, as shown below: Position 1: teams ranked 22 to 28 Position 2: teams ranked 29 to 35 Position 3: teams ranked 36 to 42 Position 4: teams ranked 43 to 48, i.e. 6 teams only The winner of each group in the Preliminary Round qualifies for the Main Round. Pot allocation Preliminary Round Pot 1: Hosts KMF Leotar Trebinje (Bosnia-Herzegovina) Position 1 KMF Zelezarec Skopje (FYROM) Position 1 Sporting Club de Paris (France) Position 2 FC Grand Pro Varna (Bulgaria) Position 2 København Futsal (Denmark) Position 3 1. FC Allstars Wiener Neustadt (Austria) Position 3 FC Encamp (Andorra) Position 4 Pot 2: Groups A to G Group A Group B Group C Group D Group E Group F Group G 2

Pot 3: teams ranked 43 to 48 (less host), position 4 Vlora Futsal (Albania) TÜFAD Ankara (Turkey) FC Anzhi Tallinn (Estonia) FC Santos Perth (Scotland) Cardiff City FC (Wales) Pot 4: teams ranked 36 to 42 (less hosts), position 3 Balzan Youths FC (Malta) FC Shahumyan Yerevan (Armenia) Hamburg Panthers (Germany) Bekentas Vilnius (Lithuania) FC Ibra Göteborg (Sweden) Pot 5: teams ranked 29 to 35 (less hosts), position 2 Vegakameratene (Norway) LSM Lida (Belarus) CSC Lexmax Stauceni (Moldova) KF Jedinstvo Bijelo Polje (Montenegro) Minerva Futsal Bern (Switzerland) Pot 6: teams ranked 22 to 28 (less hosts), position 1 FT Antwerpen (Belgium) FS Ilves Tampere (Finland) Helvécia Futsal London (England) EID Futsal (Republic of Ireland) Maccabi Nahalat Yitzhak Tel Aviv (Israel) Draw Procedure For the purpose of the Preliminary Round draw, teams are allocated in ascending order from group A to group G. Hosts Pot 1: 7 hosts (7 balls) Pot 2: Group A to G (7 balls) Step 1: We first draw the hosts, allocating them according to their coefficient ranking. Then we will draw the group composed of three teams. Specific case: should the group composed of three teams be the group with FC Encamp (Andorra) as host and in position 4, we will simply block the position 3 in this group so it becomes a group with three teams. As this group no longer has a team in position 3, only four slots remain for the teams ranked in position 3 so one of the teams will be placed into the pot 3 from pot 4 with the teams ranked in position 4. 3

Position 4 ( less host, 5 or 6 balls) Pot 3: Teams ranked 43 to 48 Step 2: We then draw the teams into position 4, from group A to G, missing out the group which already has a host assigned to that position and the group of three teams. Position 3 (less hosts, 5 balls) Pot 4: Teams ranked 36 to 42 Step 3: We then draw the teams into position 3, from group A to G, missing out the groups which already have a host assigned to that position, and the possible position which will be blocked if the specific case in step 1 occurs. Position 2 (less hosts, 5 balls) Pot 5: Teams ranked 29 to 35 Step 4: We then draw the 5 teams into position 2, from group A to G, missing out the groups which already have a host assigned to that position Position 1 (less hosts, 5 balls) Pot 6: Teams ranked 22 to 28 Step 5: We finally draw the 5 remaining teams into position 1, from group A to G, missing out the groups which already have a host assigned to that position Matches must be completed by 12 August 2012 at the latest. Main Round The Main Round consists of 17 clubs, plus the 7 Preliminary Round group winners, i.e. 24 clubs. The clubs enter the competition according to their coefficient ranking and therefore, the clubs ranked 5 to 21 enter the competition directly into this round. The Main Round is composed of 6 groups of 4 teams. Teams are allocated into Group 1 to 6 and their position in the group is determined by their coefficient ranking, as shown below: Position 1: teams ranked 5 to 10 Position 2: teams ranked 11 to 16 Position 3: teams ranked 17 to 21 and one Preliminary Round group winner Position 4: 6 teams out of 7 Preliminary group winners* *Note: As there are seven Preliminary Round winners to be allocated into 6 groups, the seventh group winner will be allocated into the first available position 3 and its group will therefore contain two Preliminary Round group winners. 4

The winner and runner-up of each group in the Main Round qualify for the Elite Round (9-14 October 2012), together with the top 4 clubs in Europe, i.e. SL Benfica (Portugal), title-holder FC Barcelona (Spain), ElPozo Murcia (Spain) and Kairat Almaty (Kazakhstan). Pot allocation Main Round Pot 7: Hosts FK Era Pack Chrudim (Czech Republic) Position 1 Nikars Riga (Latvia) Position 2 ETO FC Györ (Hungary) Position 3 MNK Split (Croatia) Position 3 AC Omonia Nicosia (Cyprus) Position 3 FC Litija (Slovenia) Position 3 Pot 8: 7 winners from the Preliminary Round Preliminary Round Winner Group A Preliminary Round Winner Group B Preliminary Round Winner Group C Preliminary Round Winner Group D Preliminary Round Winner Group E Preliminary Round Winner Group F Preliminary Round Winner Group G Pot 9: teams ranked 17 to 21 (less Group with PR group winner and hosts), position 3 SK Energia Lviv (Ukraine) Pot 10: teams ranked 11 to 16 (less host), position 2 City US Targu-Mures (Romania) Slov-Matic Bratislava (Slovakia) Akademia FC Pniewy (Poland) Athina 90 (Greece) CF Eindhoven (Netherlands) Pot 11: teams ranked 5 to 10 (less host), position 1 Araz Naxçivan (Azerbaijan) MFK Dinamo Moscow (Russia) Luparense C/5 (Italy) Iberia Star Tbilisi (Georgia) KMF Ekonomac Kragujevac (Serbia) 5

Draw Procedure Teams are allocated in ascending order from group 1 to group 6 Hosts Pot 7: 6 hosts (6 balls) Step 6: We draw the hosts, allocating them in the groups according to their coefficient ranking Position 4 ( 7 balls) Pot 8: Preliminary Round Group Winners Step 7: We draw all 7 winners from the Preliminary Round into position 4 from group 1 to 6, with the remaining one being allocated into the first available group, in position 3. Position 3 (less hosts, 1 ball) Pot 9: Teams ranked 17 to 21 Step 8: We then draw the remaining team into the last available position 3, i.e. missing out the groups, which already have a host/preliminary Round Group winner assigned to that position Position 2 (less host, 5 balls) Pot 10: Teams ranked 11 to 16 Step 9: We then draw the 5 teams into position 2, from group 1 to 6, missing out the groups which already have a host assigned to that position Position 1 (less host, 5 balls) Pot 11: Teams ranked 5 to 10 Step 10: We finally draw the five remaining teams into position 1, from group 1 to 6, missing out the group which already has a host assigned to that position Please note that games must be completed by 9 September 2012.
