The program charge appears as standalone in the customer bill and includes the current monthly charge of Landline rental and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps. For customers with landlines with 2 channels, the corresponding monthly fee increases by 4,472 or 5,54 (VAT 24% included) for customers with landlines with 2 channels DDI the corresponding monthly fee increases by 6,171 or 7,65 (VAT 24% included). Calls for local and long distance are charged per minute at the rate of 0,04878 /min (VAT excluded) or 0,0605 /min (VAT 24% included). Part of the call duration which is less than minute is accounted as one minute. Calls for fixed to mobile are charged per minute at the rate of 0,10569 /min (VAT excluded) or 0,1311 /min (VAT 24% included). The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current onthly charge of the Landline rental fee, the usage of 250 minutes of national calls and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps. The program charge will appear separately in the customer bill and will include the current monthly charge of Landline rental, unlimited telephony for local and long distance calls, 30 minutes of fixed to mobile calls and the broadband connection at 4 Mbps. For the provision of the program above, the customer is engaged for 12 months, by signing a contract. The corresponding fee for a customer Landline with 2 channels will be increased by the price difference of monthly rental fees between Landlines and Landlines with 2 channels or Landlines with 2 channels DDI. Double Play contracts with 18 months commitment specify a minimum 18-month commitment period. In case of withdrawal before the expiration of the 18 month period, an early termination fee is charged as shown in the above table. In case a customer migrates to a package with lower monthly price, a fee of 60.49 (VAT 24% included) or 48.78 (VAT excluded), is charged. Available airtime for local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network will be calculated per second. With the completion of the available airtime for local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network, all local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network will be charged with 0.0417 per minute (VAT 24% included) or 0.0336 per minute (VAT excluded) and the charge will be on a per minute basis. Available airtime for local and long distance calls within and outside OTE network, should be consumed within one billing month without being eligible to transfer any remaining volumes to the next month. Available airtime for calls to national mobiles and for intra-company fixed-to-mobile calls will be calculated on a per minute basis. With the completion of the available airtime for calls to national mobiles and for intra-company fixed-to-mobile calls, all calls to national mobiles will be charged with 0,0955 per minute (VAT 24% included) or 0,077 per minute (VAT excluded) and the charge will be on a per minute basis. To benefit from the available airtime for intra-company mobile calls, the customer s company mobiles should be subscribed to COSMOTE BUSINESS programs with the intra-company calls feature enabled. Available airtime for calls to national mobiles and for intra-company fixed-tomobile calls, should be consumed within one billing month without being eligible to transfer any remaining volumes to the next month.
