6. INSTALLATION 6.1. Installation of the Sim Card Please ensure that Sim Card has incoming call display function, no call forwarding service and PIN code is off A. With pointed shaped object touches the card slot switch, let SIM card slot out B. Put the sim card with the meter side down in the deck, as per the picture below, C. Insert the card slot into the device, it will be switched on automatically. After the device starting, GPS and GSM signal LED will be light for a while. A minute later, the tracker finishes the initialized process. GSM (red) LED will flash once every three seconds. GPS (green) LED will flash once every three seconds after finding the signal. 6.2. Start principle and steps, simulate to ignite with key 1. ACC must be on 12V and keep 12V after starting 2. On must be on 12V and keep 12V after starting 3. 1. When you turn to ACC site, the engine doesn t work, it can offer power for car electronics, such as car radio, car DVD and so on. 2. When you turn to ON site (Also named No.15 line), the engine can run but can t start at this gear, all electronics can be used except starter. 3. 7. Operation 7.1. Emergency alarm (SOS) The owner can press the "SOS button" for help in any state. Press "SOS button" for 3 seconds: The system will dial the SOS number automatically for help, and send coordinate information to the preset number or platform (platform is prior). Note, the device is silent when it calling SOS number. 7.2. Two-way communication Authorization number call the tracker, it will pick up the phone automatically. The communication would be easier; it is also very convenient for management center to schedule. (As per chapter twelve) 7.3. Listen-in Authorization number call the tracker, it will pick up the phone automatically. Then you can check the inside situation of the vehicle by monitoring the sound environment. (Refer to chapter 12) 7.4. SMS and Platform You can operate and control the vehicle via SMS or Platform, about the SMS command (Refer to chapter 16), and about the platform operation (Refer to chapter 13) 7.5. Ante-theft Alarm triggers mode and response mode 7.5.1. LED warning light response mode (1) In the alert: LED lights flash 2 times, stop 1 second... (2) Triggered by the vibrations: LED lights flash 3 times, stop 1 second... (3) Triggered by the switch: LED lights 2 seconds, stop 2 seconds 7.5.2. Trigger alarm (triggered by opening car doors, starting the vehicle, pressing on the foot brake) (1) Open any door under setting alarm status: starting and pressing on the foot brake will trigger the alarm. (2) Response pattern: A. Horn sounding B. Direction light flashes 25 seconds synchronously C. The system will send corresponding SMS/GPRS data immediately to the authorization number/platform. 7.5.3. Vibrating trigger alarm (1) The vibrating sensitivity can be set (Refer to chapter 16) (2) Under setting alarm status: smashing windows crashes and other trigger vibrations will cause the alarm. (3) Response mode Under alert of acousto-optic status: at the first vibration triggering, horn tolls 5 seconds, 12

direction indicator lamp flashes 5s synchronously. If it trigger vibration again within 15 seconds, horn tolls and light flashes 25s synchronously. Quiet alert state: at the first vibration triggering, turn signals synchronous flash 5s; if vibration triggered again within 15 seconds, turn signals flash sync 25 seconds, the system immediately pre-set alarm phone call. 7.5.4. Power off alarm and line cut alarm In fortification state, this host interface control once be cut, or automotive systems power off, the host will be alarmed within 10 seconds. 7.5.5. Triggering the memory tips When the alarm is off, if the horn tolls for a long time and warning light slakes after 3s, it indicate the vehicle was triggered. 7.5.6. Parking alerts When you park, open the door then the direction light will flash for 15 seconds immediately and automatically to remind the cars in the back, avoiding accidents. 7.6. Automatic functions 7.6.1. When the door doesn t be opened after withdrawing fortification, it will recover fortification. The door doesn t be opened within 25s after withdrawing fortification, system predicate misoperation, it will recover fortification automatically 7.6.2. Reminding fortification The owner don t fortify after closing the door at parking, the system will sound three Di, Di, Di to remind for fortification, direction indicator lamp flash together synchronously 7.6.3. Fortify automatically after closing the door Doesn t fortify with 50s after the fortification reminding, system will be state of alert automatically, but the door won t lock. 7.6.4. Reminding closing door Fortify when the door doesn t close after parking, horn will ring three times, and turn signal blink synchronously, the owner should withdrawing fortification then fortification again, otherwise horn will takq 10s later 7.6.5. Automatic central door lock Pressing foot brake after the car driving 15s, it will lock automatically. It also can unlock automatically after the car flameout. On driving, press to lock, press to unlock. 7.6.6. Electric/pneumatic locking conversion Central lock can offer by electricity or pneumatics. Generally, truck/technical vehicle/special vehicle is pneumatics, others is electricity. The system has command to convert them (Refer to chapter 16) 13

7.7. Remote control operation 7.7.1. Fortification/removal via remote A. Press shortly fortification(horn ring once and turn signal blink once) lock the door and into acousto-optic alert mode B. Press shortly removal(horn ring twice and turn signal blink twice) unlock the door C. Press shortly fortification(turn signal blink once only) lock the door and into mute alert 7.7.2. Finding car via remote control Press car horn ring and turn signal blink, point out where the car is. It will end ring and blink after 25s or press any button 7.7.3. Remote lock/unlock central lock Press to lock and press to unlock at driving 8. Set the authorized numbers SMS command: PasswordA1 (1~4), +country code phone number E.g. 123456A1, +8613512345678 set 13512345678 as the first authorized number 123456A4, +8613612345678 set 13612345678 as the forth authorized number SOS function Press SOS button for 3s before releasing, the tracker will complete three functions as follow: 1. Tracker will send "help me & GPS information to the three (A1, A2, A3) authorized numbers; 2. If the GPRS is online, tracker will send SOS signal to the server only (skip 1 step); 3. Tracker will call A1, A2 and A3 until be answered by any one of them or repeat 30 times. Note: 123456 is the default password. A must be capital and make sure there is no space in the command. Phone number must include the country code E.g. send SMS 123456A1, +8613812345678 to set 13812345678 as the first SOS number. +86 is the country code of China. Please do not use 00 instead of +. 9. Delete authorized numbers Send SMS 123456A1,D to delete the first SOS number. Send SMS 123456A2,D to delete the second SOS number. Send SMS 123456A3,D to delete the third SOS number. Send SMS 123456A4,D to delete the call center number. 14

10. Get position SMS 10.1. You can use the authorized phone number to call the tracker for three times ringtone, and then hang up before the tracker answer it. The tracker will reply a position SMS with its coordinate and the map URL. You can click the URL directly or input the coordinate into Google map to search for the position. The tracker will reply position SMS to any incoming call number if you haven t set the authorized numbers yet. Once you have set the authorized number, the tracker will just reply SMS position to the authorized numbers. 10.2. Send commands to tracker via SMS E.g. Send SMS 123456F to the tracker from authorized number, it will reply a position SMS also. Note: F must be a capital, and the device will respond SMS only when receiving commands from authorized numbers. 11. Listen in and two-way voice communication 11.1. Listen in or two-way voice communication modes These two modes can be switched via SMS. The default mode is two-way voice communication mode. SMS command: Send SMS 123456U1 to switch to the listen in mode Send SMS 123456U0 to switch to two-way voice communication mode 11.2. Listen in function (Please switch to listen in mode first) Call the device with any authorized number, and then the device will answer automatically. You can listen in the voices around tracker. 11.3.Two-way voice communication function (Switch to this mode if you use listen in function before) Call the device with any authorized number, and then the device will answer automatically. You can speak to the device. 11.4. It is Two-way voice communication if there is a call from tracker A. Two-way voice communication in SOS state Locator will repeat call the three authorized number until any one answer or call 30 times. B. Two-way voice communication in talk-listen button Press Call 1 button for 3s and then tracker will call the fourth authorized phone number. Press Call 2 button for 3s and then tracker will call the fifth authorized phone number. It will not stop calling until answer it or call three times. You can end the calling or conversation via pressing SOS button. 15

12. GPRS setting (based on a fixed platform) 12.1. Make sure the GPRS function of the SIM CARD is opened 12.2. Get APN from your cellular carrier (GPRS access point name). 12.3. Send the device 123456B to get IMEI number and make sure this IMEI number has been registered on the platform, if not, please send it to the seller, let them contact factory. 12.4. Set the APN, IP & PORT Send SMS 123456C$$$$,IP:Port to set the APN, IP and port. IP and port is about the server you use. Note: Make sure that the IP should be the public IP. If your pc is in Internet, you must know your public IP. E.g. send SMS 123456CCMNET,119.122.101.91:9289. CMNET is the APN of China Mobile company, please set the APN of the cellular company you use. 119.122.101.91:9289 is the IP & PORT of our own server. 12.5. Send command 123456D to open GPRS Send command 123456E to close GPRS Recommend using the GPRS, it is more convenient to monitor your people or fleet. 13. Tracking software After activating the GPRS function, the tracker will send data to the preset IP. 15. Warnings 15.1. As the product has tracking and listening in function, the user must use it within the legitimate scope. If user use it illegally result in others rights and interests under average, (such as: Infringement of privacy) users have to take all the responsibilities. 15.2. This product obtains the relevant location information from satellite positioning system (GPS). But as the limited transmission characteristics of satellite positioning, it's normal that location information occur drift, because it is influenced by the transmit way. 15.3. Take care of the function that cut off car power via SMS, in case causing security hidden danger. 15.4. Keep the product at dry place, any liquid or moisture may cause permanent damage to the internal circuit of the tracker. 15.5. To clean the exterior of the product with a dry cloth, and do not use chemicals, cleaning solvents, or strong detergents to clean it. 15.6. Please dismantle or install the tracker with the help of professional and technical personnel. 15.7. The product should be placed safely, avoid strong impact, vibration or throw when the product is being used. 15.8. If there is any damage of this product, it should be maintained in time. Please contact original factory ASAP for the maintenance affairs. 15.9. This product must be used in a normal receiving of GPS signal and GSM signal. Otherwise, it may be unable to locate or location data can not be transmitted. 15.10. Generally, the system no need update, if there are some problems, don t dismantle it yourself, please contact seller, let professional personal deal with it. 15.11. If the remote invalid, please check battery first 15.12. When you use Remote start function, please confirm that the car is in neutral gear so that avoid traffic accident. 15.13.
