Note that if we inspect the car, we will use this form as well. We can give you a firm price for your trade based on your evaluation as long as the evaluation is objective and accurate. If we use your evaluation, our price ultimately will be subject to verifying that the condition of the trade-in is as represented. This form may seem to be a bit long, but we have designed it to allow you to give us the most accurate description possible. For example, a car that is in essentially perfect condition except for one door ding through the paint should be rated a 4 on a 5-point scale, but it would be valued much higher than a car that is rated a 4 because it has light scratches all over it.
