APPOLYCET-2016 ADMISSIONS INSTRUCTIONS TO PRINCIPALS OF COLLEGES ON PHASE-I POST ALLOTMENT PROCESS Sir, Allotments of candidates have been released on 02-06-2016. Reporting of candidates will be updated in the web portal by the candidate himself through self-reporting system or at HLC. A joining report will be generated containing the admission number. This will help in planning for next round of counseling within a week. College authorities are requested to admit the allotted candidates with allotment orders having Joining Report copy only. College authorities are requested to collect the original certificates, Receipt of Certificates, Joining details report and collect the tuition fee admissible only after the final phase of counseling. Candidate reporting at college directly shall be instructed to report through selfreporting system or at the nearest HLC for updating his joining details; otherwise, his/her allotment is cancelled and will be treated as a vacancy for subsequent phase of counseling. Colleges are provided with user ID and Password as done in previous years to view the list of allotted candidates and list of candidates reported through self-reporting system or at HLC. If a candidate wishes to submit income certificate now, he shall be instructed to approach nearest helpline center for entry of fee reimbursement eligibility and download a revised allotment order. You can view the details of candidates allotted in a given branch using the link Seat allotment list for a college as well as perform candidates joining details entry. When the link Seat allotment list, the list of candidates allotted in all branches of the college will be displayed and can be printed. Candidates have been instructed to accept their willingness to join the allotted college/course through self reporting system. Candidate shall use his credentials such as POLYCET hallticket number, loginid, date of birth and the password set by self to login and express willingness by click on Self reporting system. The check box against the candidates reported through self reporing system will be highlighted(enabled). Candidates were also instructed to report to the college allotted. However, the college authorities shall not insist for any payment of fee or challan or original certificates from the candidate till the conclusion of the final phase. College authorities shall click in the check box when the candidate approaches the college for joining. An acknowledgement for having reported shall be given to the candidate on a xerox copy of the allotment order and joining report to avoid any disputes. The principals of the polytechnic are informed to upload the joining details on or before 12/06/2016.Utmost care should be taken while entering the joining details to avoid the inconvienence to the candidates and also to the CONVENER. If a candidate directly approaches the college for joining, he/she shall be insisted to express his acceptance through self reporting system first. Password shall be maintained confidential to ensure correctness of entries and misuse by others. If the password is forgotten, use the facility FORGOT PASSWORD provided in the home page.
