This class covers basic chart navigation, Chart Review, Results Review, Medications/Orders, progress note documentation & tools, and charging for a visit. This class is intended for all physicians and mid-level providers. Must also take AMB PHY200 AMB OB/GYNPHY100 4 This class is an introduction to the Ambulatory onechart (Epic) system. This class covers basic chart navigation as it relates to the OB/GYN specialty, Chart Review, Results Review, Medications and Orders, and progress note documentation. This class is intended for all physicians and mid-level providers. Must also take AMB PHY200 AMB PHY200 4 This is the second of two specialized courses for providers being implemented on the Ambulatory onechart (Epic) Foundation system. This is a handson lab class. Topics will include Specialty Toolbank labs, managing In-basket, learning SmartPhrases and advance documentation tools. This class is intended for all physicians and mid-level providers. Dragon 100 2 Dragon is the speech recognition program used to assist providers while dictating progress notes, consults, surgical and discharge notes.
