I m having trouble finding the RA I need. How do I navigate through the application? The application lists your RA s in descending order as its default setting, with the most recent one being first. Use the Next arrow to view the next page of RA s, or use the Last arrow to go to the end, and vice versa for the First and Previous arrows. A grayed-out arrow means you have reached the end or the beginning of the list and cannot go further. To jump quickly to a page, use the drop-down box. This is the fastest way to move to a specific date. If you would like to change the order of the list to be ascending, simply click the red arrow in the Remittance Dates box. Clicking the Download button will bring up a prompt to View, Save, or Cancel opening the file. Your RA is conveniently converted into PDF format with a simple click, making it easy to read and print from.
I m done using the application. How do I exit? If you would like to go back to the index of provider applications, click the Main Menu link. Next to that button is the Remittance Advice Message link. This will bring you to another index containing a list of all past RA messages and the date the messages ran (your personal RA s are not included in this list). Clicking the Provider Logout button will log you out of the secure side of the website and bring you to the homepage of www.lamedicaid.com.
How long do electronic Remittance Advices stay on the website? The website will store your Remittance Advices for 5 weeks.
