Kickass JV Interview Generator How to make it easy and fun for your JV partners to interview you during teleseminars and webinars!. Any time I am invited to interview a JV partner to my audience I find it challenging to figure out how to follow their interview questions effectively. When should I ask the next question? Will I interrupt their flow if I make a comment right now? Are they done answering my question or is there more? Is it time to ask them about their offer? This means I have to be constantly on high alert during the interview. I have to work at it! Then I partnered with one of our JVIC members, Kerrianne Cartmer-Edwards of Kickass Impact, and realized that it doesn t have to be that way. The document she sent me before our interview is what you ll see below with Kerrianne s instructions on how to use it. This script outline is to have your JV partner ask the right questions, at the right time, and to lead you seamlessly through your presentation and offer. The outcome should sound like a naturally flowing conversation. They can still add their own comments along the way, but this script allows your JV partner NOT to have to think what to say next, making it really easy and enjoyable to partner with you. I am thrilled that Kerrianne allowed us to share this document with you, our valued JVIC member, and hope you find it easy to use and impress your partners with your commitment and professionalism! How to use the Kickass JV Interview Generator : Copy and paste script outline to Word Doc or Page Enter your name and business name where indicated Enter JV partner s name where indicated Now here is the most critical piece of the script that allows the person interviewing you feel completely confident and relaxed, and focus on fully supporting you during the interview: In section 2 the red text indicates the question for your JV partner to read out to you. The grey text is your last few sentences before the next question - this warns your JV partner that a question segment is imminent (* notice that you always say their name at the beginning of this paragraph to recapture their attention). The black text is your final handover sentence. Replace the text below (keeping the color-coding) with your own words to fit seamlessly with your topic and presentation style. You ll soon get the hang of it. If you have fewer points to make in your presentation, reduce the number of questions but ALWAYS use the first question to tell your story and build rapport with the audience. 2014 Kerrianne Cartmer-Edwards Kickass Impact

So, please join me in welcoming Your Name *** [Short exchange of Greetings]*** 2) Interview Questions Q. 1) So Your Name, I have to say... I m curious about the name of your business: Your Business Name,! How did you come up with it, and what does it means to you? [ Your Name s story...] I guess that s kind of a long answer to a short question JV Partner, but don t you find that it s so often the case with successful entrepreneurs - that somewhere in their background there s some challenges and obstacles they ve had to overcome first, that s the catalyst for completely just skyrocketing to the next level? And for me, it was about finding and owning my inner Kickass! Q. 2) Absolutely. Wow, that s quite a journey Your Name! So, I know you re here to share the secrets of creating a Kickass Product Name with us today, and how that ties in with your brand... so where would you like to start with that? And you re one of the best marketers I know JV Partner. You have such a gift making complex marketing ideas simple and easy to take action on... but you also know that that without the right message... the best marketing, the best products, the best strategies - they end up hitting a wall of indifference, don t they? Q. 3) That s really true. So, how did you come to first identify this problem yourself? Was there a particular Aha Moment when it all came together in your mind?
And by the way JV Partner, with every new level of brand clarity I ve gotten, I ve increased my success. Not from figuring out new courses and strategies and trying to be what the market is chasing but by understanding at the deepest level, who I am, who I m here to serve and by keeping single-minded focus on the things that matter most to me and create the greatest benefit for all concerned. Q. 4) So, Your Name, if you had to choose just one thing, what would you say is the secret to success? The thing is JV Partner, you can t really nail your kickass product name when you don t have clarity on your brand and message in the first place... and you re not backing it up on your website or your marketing materials, and there isn t that sense of continuity running through your product range and strategy. It just makes sense doesn t it JV Partner? Q. 5) So, why does your product name need to tie into your whole brand? Why can t you just come up with a clever name and figure out the rest later? I know I m making it all sound so simple but I know change like this is not easy. But if you get started with that question, you ll be a lot closer than most other people. So that s the first three steps covered in detail. Did you have any questions about that before I move on JV Partner? Q. 6) Well, yes... I just want to get this straight... As you get clear on what s really at the heart of your business, and as you get clear on what your ideal client s really looking for (and how you can reframe that as a WANT ) how do you make sure that all this kickass information gets translated into your branding? Well, the starting point for that is figuring out exactly where you re at, where the holes are and then that shows you where you need to channel your efforts. I call it a Brand Audit. And obviously there s a lot of depth to how to apply that, and I could probably talk for a couple of days, but here s the most important thing make the time to sit down and do it. And make sure you have the support to know if you re getting it right. Because the gap between average results and kickass results is sometimes just knowing where to put your focus, and what to do first. So, just before we dive into the two final steps of the Kickass product name formula, I have something special to share that I think you re going to love... [ YourName presents OFFER...] So I recommend if that resonates with you, you d better take take action right now, because I d hate to see anyone miss out because they didn t take action in time...
And if you re listening to the recording, and you re worried that, apply anyway, because the reality is, some people don t follow through and in that case you ll be the next one we call. * Wow that sounds like a great offer Your Name. Could you just repeat the name of the website in case anyone missed it... [ Your Name repeats website address for OFFER, then presents remainder of content...] Wow JV Partner!!! can you believe we got through all of that in under xx minutes? 3) Outro by JV Partner Well that sure was a packed training Your Name. So much great, specific information. I ve got a ton of notes myself! Thank you so much for being here. This was so great! OK. I m keeping an eye on the time, so just before I wrap up the call Your Name, do you have one final message for us before you go? Yes, I do. [Final uplifting thought and (subtle) call to action] e.g. I believe that we re all here for a reason. So this is the idea I want you to keep in your mind once this call is over: We live in a world that s hungry for. You are here to impact lives. You really do make a difference. If you do just one thing coming off this call, please give yourself the support and priority you deserve to get your message out there and make the difference you came here to make.
